The main objective of the project is to increase, in the period 01.07.17-30.09.18, social activity and incl. employability of 148 people at risk of poverty and/or exclusion. (102K,46M), including at least 10 % of people with disabilities living in the area of Pułtuskie, benefiting from OPS support in the area of Pułtuskie. The initiative responds to the diagnosed low levels of social and social activity, the inability to participate in the life of the local community and the functioning of OPS clients in the Pułtuskie area. A comprehensive programme of social reintegration will contribute to increasing the competences of the community and life of UP, motivation to act, increase skills. functioning on the labour market and gaining qualification and professional experience, through implementation of: 1.Block of diagnosis of needs and predispositions, social work and payment of cash benefits; 2.Adult paths for persons up to 30 years old; 3.Reintegration path for people aged 50+; 4.Path of reintegration of unemployed and inactive persons. Głównym celem proj. jest zwiększenie, w okresie 01.07.17r.-30.09.18 r., aktywności społ. i zaw., w tym szans na zatrudnienie 148 os. zagroż. ubóstwem i/lub wyklucz. społ. (102K,46M), w tym min. 10% os. z niepełnosprawnościami, zamieszkujących pow. pułtuski, korzystających ze wsparcia OPS na ter. pow. pułtuskiego. Inicjatywa stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowany niski poziom aktywności społ. i zaw., nieumiejętność uczestnictwa w życiu społeczności lokalnej i funkcjonowania na rynku pracy wśród klientów OPS na terenie pow. pułtuskiego. Kompleksowy program reintegracji społ. i zaw. przyczyni się do zwiększenie kompet. społ. i życiowych UP, motywacji do działania, wzrostu umiejęt. funkcjonowania na rynku pracy oraz uzyskania kwalifik. i doświadczenia zawodowego, w drodze realizacji: 1.Bloku diagnozy potrzeb i predyspozycji, pracy socjalnej oraz wypłaty świadczeń pieniężnych; 2.Ścieżki dorosłości dla osób do 30 r.ż.; 3.Ścieżka reintegracji dla osób w wieku 50+; 4.Ścieżka reintegracji osób bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo.
