Planuje się realiz. projektu w OP przy SP w Stupsku,Morawach i Wyszynach Kościelnych, w okr. 01.09.2018-30.09.2019 (spełn.kryt.dostnr1), org. prow. jest Gmina Stupsk. Okres funkcjon. każdego ośrodka OWP od 01.09.2016r. (spełn.kryt.dost.nr2).W gm. podst. problem jest brak świadom. mieszk. o potrz. wych. przedszk., problemy finan. rodzin, dlatego większ. dz. nie uczęszcza do przedsz. (w roku szk. 2016/2017 wych. przedszk. objęto zaledwie 40 dzieci –K 19, M21 ) Z diagnoz dot. zapotrzeb., przepr. na spotk. z rodzic. w 09.2017 r. dzieci przedszk. w 3 ww. OWP, (spełn.kryt.dost.nr 3),wynika, że większość z nich zaint. jest uczest. w proj. i wiąże z nim duże nadzieje w możliw. powrotu do pracy, co jest szczeg. ważne dla K mających w domu pod opieką dz., i podjęcie pracy nie było możliwe. Proj. skier. jest do gr. doc. z ter. woj. maz.(spełn.kryt. form. nr 13). Wsparciem zost. objętych 88 dzieci (39K,49M) w wieku 2,5-5 lat z gm.
