The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Serpecko. The project target group consists of a total of 360 people (155 women, 205 men) aged 30 years and more belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Sierpecki, including: 1. persons aged 50 years and over – 20 persons (9 women, 11 men); 2. persons with disabilities – 2 persons (1 woman, 1 man); 3. long-term unemployed – 25 people (10 women, 15 men); 4. low-skilled people – 200 people (22 women, 178 men). As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by an in-depth analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (development/update of the IPD). On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sierpeckim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 360 osób (155 kobiet, 205 mężczyzn) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych, pozostających bez pracy w powieciesierpeckim, w tym: 1. osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 20 osób ( 9 kobiet, 11 mężczyzn); 2. osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - 2 osoby (1 kobieta, 1 mężczyzna); 3. osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 25 osób ( 10 kobiet, 15 mężczyzn); 4. osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych - 200 osób (22 kobiety, 178 mężczyzn). W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona pogłębioną analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika (opracowanie/aktualizacja IPD). Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sierpeckim. (Polish)
