As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie płockim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 317 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie płockim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 94 os. (53K 41M), osoby niepełnosprawne 13 os. (6K 7M) oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 186 os. (100K 86M). W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
