The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Gyrard. The target group of the project is 150 people aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in the district of Gyrard for whom the I or II aid profile has been defined. In the target group of the project are: persons over 50 years of age 54 persons, persons with disabilities 9 persons and long-term unemployed 89 persons. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Regional Labour Office will implement support in the form of labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żyrardowskim. Grupą docelową projektu jest 150 osób w wieku 30 lat i powyżej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w powiecie żyrardowskim dla których został określony I lub II profil pomocy. W grupie docelowej projektu są: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia 54 os., osoby niepełnosprawne 9 os. oraz osoby długotrwale bezrobotne 89 os. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
