This Project consists of renewing the housing tissue in the revitalised areas of the Piastów City for their social and economic activation. The subject of the project is the renovation and thermal modernisation of multi-family residential buildings. The investment concerns 11 properties located in Piastów. inhabited by 163 persons, in terms of common parts, as part of a wider revitalisation activity. The scope of construction and thermal modernisation works relates in particular to: • foundations, • external and internal walls, • floors, • ceilings, • roofs, • door and window carpentry, • installation: electrical, ventilation, gas, CO, water and sewage pipes, • drain pipes, • chimneys, • common premises (corridors, hydroforne rooms, attic, CO nodes, etc.), • insulation of buildings. The costs of the project include, in addition to the investment tasks indicated in functional-use programmes and energy audits, also the costs of preparatory works (experts, opinions, functional and utility programmes, audits, technical documentation, feasibility study, preparation of tenders) as well as investor supervision, conservation supervision, information and promotion costs and ex-post audit costs. Niniejszy Projekt polega na odnowie tkanki mieszkaniowej na obszarach rewitalizowanych Miasta Piastowa w celu ich aktywizacji społecznej i gospodarczej. Przedmiotem projektu jest remont oraz termomodernizacja wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych. Inwestycja dotyczy 11 nieruchomości położonych w Piastowie. zamieszkałych przez 163 osoby, w zakresie części wspólnych, jako element szerszego działania rewitalizacyjnego. Zakres robót budowlanych i termomodernizacyjnych dotyczy w szczególności: • fundamentów, • ścian zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych, • podłóg, • stropów, • dachów, • stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, • instalacji: elektrycznych, wentylacyjnych, gazowych, CO, wodnych i kanalizacyjnych, • rur spustowych, • kominów, • lokali wspólnych (korytarzy, pomieszczeń hydroforni, poddaszy, węzłów CO, itp.), • docieplenia budynków. Koszty projektu obejmują poza zadaniami inwestycyjnymi wskazanymi w programach funkcjonalno-użytkowych oraz audytach energetycznych również koszty prac przygotowawczych (ekspertyzy, opinie, programy funkcjonalno-użytkowe, audyty, dokumentację techniczną, studium wykonalności, przygotowanie przetargów), jak również nadzór inwestorski, nadzór konserwatorski, koszty informacji i promocji oraz koszty audytów ex-post.
