The aim of the planned activities is to equip the Department of General and Vascular Surgery and the Department of Urological Oncology and Urological Oncology with a modern medical apparatus enabling effective therapy and diagnostics of diseases causing inactivation of occupational inactivation such as cancers (renals, urinary tract), cardiovascular diseases and vascular complications associated with diabetes. The planned construction works will enable the premises to be adapted to the proper use of the purchased apparatus and to adapt software, functional and usable solutions to current needs and requirements (hygienic and sanitary, fire protection, needs of disabled people, applicable regulations, building standards and normatives). Stages of project implementation: 1. Preparatory and design work 2. Execution of dismantling, construction and installation works, including: a. construction works (demolition, masonry and concrete, finishing works), b. installation works (including electrical, teletechnical, sanitary, mechanical ventilation, medical gases) 3. Zaplanowane prace budowlane umożliwią dostosowanie pomieszczeń do właściwego wykorzystania zakupionej aparatury oraz dostosowanie rozwiązań programowych, funkcjonalnych i użytkowych do aktualnych potrzeb i wymagań (higieniczno – sanitarnych, w zakresie ochrony przeciwpożarowej, potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, obowiązujących przepisów, norm i normatywów budowlanych. Etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Prace przygotowawcze i projektowe 2. Wykonanie robót demontażowych, budowlanych i instalacyjnych, w tym: a. roboty budowlane (rozbiórkowe, murarskie i betoniarskie, prace wykończeniowe), b. roboty instalacyjne (w tym elektryczne, teletechniczne, sanitarne, wentylacji mechanicznej, gazów medycznych) 3.
