The project aims to remove the degraded area in the Nielisz commune from the crisis situation and to strengthen the development potential of this area by revitalising the manor house in Stawa Noakowski under conservation protection. The project is aimed in particular at improving the quality of use of space, eliminating the isolation of problem areas and improving the quality of life of residents of the degraded area in the Nielisz commune. The scope of the project includes changing the use of the building from the function of the former school to the service function and the execution of repair and maintenance works of the former manor and park. It will be possible to organise intergenerational conferences, trainings and workshops, providing opportunities for the development of social competences of residents and the use of their talents. The project creates conditions for activities and outdoor recreation of residents. The project target group, which will benefit directly from the implementation of the project at the level of its implementation, are the inhabitants of the degraded area and those taking part in the organised conferences and workshops. Implementation of the project will enable residents to activate and integrate into society. The implementation of the project will affect the creation of new jobs (employee). The emission of pollutants into the air will be reduced by installing equipment using renewable energy sources (hybrid lighthouses) and using LED lighting. The implementation of the project will allow the achievement of the result indicators recorded in the Detailed Description of the priority axis relevant to the competition 13.4: a) Number of people using social/cultural/tourism infrastructure facilities covered by the project – 200 persons, b) Number of infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 1 pieces d) Areas covered by the revitalisation – 1.92 ha, e) Areas prepared for economic activity – 130,52 m². Projekt ma na celu wyprowadzenie obszaru zdegradowanego na terenie Gminy Nielisz z sytuacji kryzysowej oraz wzmocnienie potencjałów rozwojowych tego obszaru poprzez rewitalizację dworu w Stawie Noakowskim podlegającego ochronie konserwatorskiej. Projekt ukierunkowany jest w szczególności na poprawę jakości korzystania z przestrzeni, likwidację izolacji obszarów problemowych oraz poprawę jakości życia mieszkańców obszaru zdegradowanego na terenie Gminy Nielisz. Zakres przedsięwzięcia obejmuje zmianę sposobu użytkowania budynku z funkcji byłej szkoły na funkcję usługową oraz wykonaniu prac remontowo-konserwatorskich dawnego dworu i parku. Możliwa będzie organizacja konferencji, szkoleń i warsztatów międzypokoleniowych, stwarzających możliwości rozwoju kompetencji społecznych mieszkańców i wykorzystania ich talentów. Projekt stwarza warunki dla aktywności i rekreacji plenerowej mieszkańców. Grupę docelową projektu, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji projektu na poziomie jego realizacji stanowią mieszkańcy obszaru zdegradowanego oraz osoby biorące udział w organizowanych konferencjach i warsztatach. Realizacja projektu umożliwi mieszkańcom aktywizację i integrację ze społeczeństwem. Realizacja projektu wpłynie na powstanie nowych miejsc pracy (zatrudniony pracownik). Zredukowana zostanie emisja zanieczyszczeń do powietrza poprzez montaż instalacji urządzeń wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii (latarnie hybrydowe) oraz zastosowanie oświetlenia LED. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na osiągnięcie wskaźników rezultatu zapisanych w Szczegółowym Opisie Osi priorytetowych adekwatnych do konkursu 13.4: a) Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/ turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu - 200 osób, b) Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach - 1 szt. d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją - 1,92 ha, e) Powierzchnia terenów przygotowanych pod działalność gospodarczą - 130,52 m2.
