The aim of the project is to improve key competences and digits and skills and attitudes useful and facilitate future functioning in the market by 418 students. (200 dz./218 ch.) from 3 primary schools (SP) from the area of Stanislawów Commune, through the implementation by VI.2021 of a comprehensive support programme covering the implementation of extracurricular activities, courses for teachers, as well as equipping schools with modern tools for learning mathematic subjects-natural. and ICT tools. The project will cover 439 students (210dz./229ch.): — K.K. Baczyński Primary School in Ładzyń (hereinafter referred to as spł – ul. Szkona 4, Ładzyń, 05-304 Stanisławów), – SP im. H. Sienkiewicza w Stanisławów (SPS, ul. Szkona 4, 05-304 Stanisławów), – SP im. Armie Krajowa w Pustelnik (SPP, ul. School 16, Pustelnik, 05-304 Stanisławów). The project responds to diagnosed needs in schools (includes all public SPs in the Municipality), which were included in the (X-XI.2018) by the school directors of diagnoses which allow to assess the validity of the support (including equipment inventory and the assessment of the state of technology). The diagnosis (op. on pdst. data from 2018) was approved by the leading authority (Gm. Stanislawów-Partner) before submitting the application (tools: surveys, interviews with parents/teachers, data analysis: “Executives, analysis of the fate of graduates”. Diagnoses have shown that the problem in schools is much lower education opportunities for rural youth, which result from both lower rural opportunities gosp.dom. (lower wealth, education and activity of villages/parents) as well as conditions for functioning in schools (poor educational offer). Diagnosis showed that in all schools there is a need to broaden the offer of education in response to the growing expectations of parents, as well as the requirements imposed on schools by today’s development of civilisation (including the labour market). Support under the project will fully comply with all requirements arising from Reg. Competition (English)

Konkurs (Polish)
