Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost aktywności społeczno-zawodowej oraz poprawa dostępu do rynku pracy osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym - 48 osób (28K i 20M) - klientów OPS poprzez kompleksowy program wsparcia obejmujący diagnozę potrzeb uczestników oraz stworzenie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji, a także wsparcie z wykorzystaniem usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym i/lub zawodowym i/lub edukacyjnym i/lub zdrowotnym w okresie od 1.10.2019r. do 30.09.2021r. Główne rezultaty: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu - 34 os. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) -12os. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 5 os. Grupę docelową stanowią osoby wykluczone (w tym dotknięte ubóstwem) lub osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym powyżej 18 r.ż. z terenu Gminy Janów Lubelski (zamieszkujące gminę zgodnie z KC) będące klientami OPS - 48 osób (28K i 20M), w tym w szczególności: osoby bierne zawodowo (1K,6M), osoby bezrobotne (27K, 14M), osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (1K i 5M) Główne zadania w ramach projektu: diagnoza potrzeb UP, praca socjalna, poradnictwo psychologiczne, zawodowe, prawne i społeczne, kultura integracja, szkolenia i kursy zawodowe, staże zawodowe/Prace Społecznie Użyteczne. The main objective of the project is to increase socio-occupational activity and improve access to the labour market of those excluded or at risk of poverty and social exclusion – 48 people (28K and 20M) – OPS clients through a comprehensive support programme covering the diagnosis of the needs of participants and creating an individual pathway of reintegration, as well as support through active inclusion services of a social and/or occupational and/or educational and/or health nature between 1.10.2019 and 30.09.2021. The main results are: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have acquired qualifications or competences after leaving the programme – 34 people. Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme (including self-employed) -12 people. Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion after leaving the programme – 5 people. The target group consists of people excluded (including those affected by poverty) or people at risk of poverty or social exclusion over 18 from the area of Janów Lubelski commune (inhabiting the municipality according to the KC), who are OPS customers – 48 people (28K and 20M), including in particular: inactive persons (1K,6M), unemployed (27K, 14M), persons with disabilities (1K and 5M) Main tasks of the project: diagnosis of the needs of UP, social work, psychological, professional, legal and social counselling, culture integration, training and vocational training, internships/Social Works.
