The project concerns the design and construction of PSZOK in the Milanówek commune, which will be used by residents of the Milanówek Commune. The project includes the construction of a separate collection point for municipal waste (PSZOK) in the Milanówek Municipality. The projected activities are mainly distinguished by the design and execution of construction works including land development, earth and preparatory works and road works (car parks, maneuvering areas, sidewalks and interior roads). In addition, the scope of planned activities also includes taking into account all technological solutions related, inter alia, to the assembly of equipment. The investment will be carried out on a plot with registration number 5/1, area 07-01 at Turczynek Street in Milanówek Commune. PSZOK will be divided into the following objects in which they will be stored: Building 1 – social office building with storage part for hazardous waste, used electrical and electronic equipment (ZSEE), Object 2 – Worlds with containers for waste: building glass, paper and paperboard, plastics, metal waste, packaging glass waste (white and colour glass), Object 3 – Worlds with containers for refurbishment waste: brick debris, ceramic waste, concrete debris, ash, waste clothing and textiles, large-size waste (furniture), Object 4 – World “second life of waste” for efficient utility items, Object 5 – manoeuvring area, Object 6 – sliding gate. A pallet truck with a weight will be used for transporting and weighing the delivered waste. The following fractions of waste will be adopted in PSZOK: paper, Metals, plastics, glass, biodegradable municipal waste, expired medicines, chemicals and contaminated packaging, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-size waste, construction and demolition waste, used tyres, green waste, ash.
