Projekt zakłada zbudowanie, w partnerstwie z gminami powiatu: Gminą Mszczonów, Gminą Puszcza Mariańska, Gminą Radziejowice, Gminą Wiskitki, Miastem Żyrardów systemu ostrzegania i alarmowania ludności o zagrożeniach terrorystycznych, katastrofami naturalnymi i technicznymi, ekstremalnymi zjawiskami pogody, wystąpieniu skażeń zagrażających ludziom i środowisku. W skład systemu wejdzie zlokalizowana w starostwie powiatowym modułowa centrala alarmowa oraz 23 punkty alarmowe - elektroniczne syreny szczelinowe o mocy 600 W i 900 W - zamontowane na wytypowanych obiektach na obszarze gmin. Budowany system będzie stanowił podsystem wojewódzkiego zintegrowanego systemu umożliwiającego uruchomienie wszystkich syren bądź selektywnie każdej indywidualnie z poziomu powiatu oraz województwa. The project involves building, in partnership with the municipalities of the county: The commune of Mszczonów, the Municipality of the Marian Forest, the Municipality of Radziejowice, Wiskitki Municipality, the Municipality of Żyrardów, a system of alerting and alerting the population about terrorist threats, natural and technical disasters, extreme weather phenomena, occurrences of pollution threatening people and the environment. The system will include a modular alarm control panel located in the county office and 23 alarm points – electronic slot sirens with a power of 600 W and 900 W – mounted on selected objects in the communes. The system under construction will be a subsystem of a voivodship integrated system enabling the activation of all sirens or selectively each individual from the poviat and voivodship level.
