The main purpose of the investment is to free the Municipality of Wieliszew from excessive number of private cars and to take over the traffic of residents by public transport by building two P+R car parks at the main interchange points of public transport – at the Wieliszew PKP station and at the Michałów-Regionów PKP station. The project is part of the Priority Axis IV Transition to a low carbon economy; Specific objective: Better air quality. The objectives of the project were determined on the basis of diagnosed needs of residents of Wieliszew commune, concerning shortages in the current public transport system and rarely functioning public transport. The investment assumes the construction of two parking lots in Wieliszew Municipality in so-called places. “wild” parking lots. Within the framework of the project, the following will be created: 1. Parking at the Wieliszew railway station: 60 parking spaces for cars; a world with 24 parking spaces for bicycles; a place for charging electric cars; d) small architecture objects (washbasins, toilet, charging point for electric cars in RES technology, worlds with benches, benches); lighting and monitoring; vertical marking; 2. Parking at the Michałów Regional Railway Station: 60 parking spaces for cars; a world with 24 parking spaces for bicycles; a place for charging electric cars; absorbent wells and rainy effluents; e) small architecture objects (washbasins, toilet, charging point for electric cars in RES technology, worlds with benches); lighting and monitoring; g) Vertical marking.     Celem głównym inwestycji jest uwolnienie Gminy Wieliszew od nadmiernej ilości samochodów prywatnych i przejęcie ruchu mieszkańców przez transport publiczny poprzez budowę dwóch parkingów P+R przy głównych punktach przesiadkowych transportu publicznego – przy stacji PKP Wieliszew oraz przy stacji PKP Michałów-Regionów. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia Osi Priorytetowej IV Przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną; Cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość powietrza. Cele projektu zostały określone na podstawie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb mieszkańców Gminy Wieliszew, dotyczących niedoborów w obecnie funkcjonującym systemie transportu publicznego oraz rzadko funkcjonującej komunikacji zbiorowej. Inwestycja zakłada budowę dwóch parkingów w Gminie Wieliszew w miejscach tzw. „dzikich” parkingów. W ramach projektu powstanie: 1. Parking przy stacji PKP Wieliszew: a) 60 miejsc postojowych dla samochodów; b) wiata z 24 miejscami postojowymi dla rowerów; c) miejsce do ładowania samochodów elektrycznych; d) obiekty małej architektury (kosze na śmieci, toaleta, punkt ładowania samochodów elektrycznych w technologii OZE, wiata z ławeczkami, ławeczki); e) oświetlenie i monitoring; f) oznakowanie pionowe; 2. Parking przy stacji PKP Michałów Regionów: a) 60 miejsc postojowych dla samochodów; b) wiata z 24 miejsca postojowymi dla rowerów; c) miejsce do ładowania samochodów elektrycznych; d) studnie chłonne oraz wypusty deszczowe; e) obiekty małej architektury (kosze na śmieci, toaleta, punkt ładowania samochodów elektrycznych w technologii OZE, wiata z ławeczkami); f) oświetlenie i monitoring; g) oznakowanie pionowe. Parkingi zostaną oznakowane - wspólne oznakowanie WOF Realizacja projektu będzie miała zasięg terytorialny oraz przestrzenny. Parkingi funkcjonować będą jako węzły łączące co najmniej 2 środki transportu. Za przygotowanie inwestycji, realizację i wdrażanie projektu odpowiedzialna będzie Gmina Wieliszew. (Polish)
