The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of vocational training adapting the qualifications and skills of pupils educating in vocational schools, i.e. techniques and basic vocational school of the King Kazimierz Jagiellonian School Complex in Łęczna, to the needs of the labour market until 31.10.2019. The target group consists of pupils of all courses of education in the above school, aged 15-20 years, residents of Lublin Voivodeship, in particular Łęczyński district and teachers of vocational subjects employed in the KKJ ZS. As part of the project, 16 teachers will acquire qualifications and competences in training and postgraduate studies, and 111 students will acquire professional qualifications and experience (in the course of courses, training and internships). The project will be implemented in close cooperation with local and regional employers. Practical apprenticeships (6 employees) will be equipped with machinery and construction equipment, IT equipment and specialised software used for practical apprenticeships. In order to increase accessibility for people with mobility, a stairway platform will be installed on the stairs between the floors, allowing you to move around the school building. Planned actions: 1. postgraduate studies for 3 teachers in the following fields: advertising and public relations-2, health and safety management at work-1, 2 training for 16 teachers: computer graphics, advanced PHP programming, AutoCad, intermediate Excel, support for moodle platform for e-learning, 3rd equipment of technical laboratories of schools: computer equipment, software, hardware, construction tools. 4. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost jakości kształcenia zawodowego dostosowującego kwalifikcje i umiejętności uczniów kształcących się w szkołach zawodowych, tj. technikach i zasadniczej szkole zawodowej Zespołu Szkół im. Króla Kazimierza Jagiellończyka w Łęcznej, do potrzeb rynku pracy do 31.10.2019r. Grupę docelową stanowią uczniowie wszystkich kierunków kształcących się w ww. szkole, w wieku 15-20 lat, mieszkańcy woj. lubelskiego, w szczególności pow. łęczyńskiego oraz nauczyciele przedmiotów zawodowych, zatrudnieni w ZS im. KKJ. W ramach projektu 16 nauczycieli nabędzie kwalifikacje i kompetencje w ramach szkoleń i studiów podyplomowych, a 111 uczniów nabędzie kwalifikacje i doświadczenie zawodowe (w trakcie kursów, szkoleń i staży). Projekt będzie realizowany w ścisłej współpracy z lokalnymi i regionalnymi pracodawcami. Pracownie praktycznej nauki zawodu (6 pracowni) zostaną doposażone w maszyny i urządzenia budowlane oraz w urządzenia informatyczne i specjalistyczne oprogramowanie wykorzystywane do praktycznej nauki zawodu. W celu zwiększenia dostępności dla osób niepełnosprawnych ruchowo, na schodach pomiędzy piętrami zainstalowana zostanie platforma schodowa, umożliwiająca poruszanie się po budynku szkoły. Zaplanowane działania: 1. studia podyplomowe dla 3 nauczycieli na kierunkach: reklama i public relations-2, zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem i higieną pracy-1, 2 szkolenia doskonalące dla 16 nauczycieli: grafiki komputerowej, zaawansowanego programowania PHP, AutoCad, średnioozawansowany Excel, obsługa platformy moodle do e-learningu, 3.wyposażenie pracowni technicznych szkół: urządzenia informatyczne, oprogramowanie, sprzęt komputerowy, narzędzia budowlane. 4.staże zawodowe u pracodawców dla 50 uczniów, 5. kursy zawodowe dla 111 uczniów w zakresie nabywania nowych uprawnień: wózek widłowy,Kurs excela dla zaawansowanych, AutoCad i nowe umiejętności: grafika komputerowa, tworzenie fotorealistycznych wizualizacji, telemarketing i skuteczna sprzedaż, kurs (Polish)
