The project is a comprehensive strategic programme of PPZM Segromet, direct beneficiary of structural support and institutional contractor (investor, contracting authority). The company commissioned an audit to determine the state of the present and necessary actions. Actions to increase energy efficiency are planned thanks to the construction of a biomass-powered cogeneration plant, in Cegielnia Plecewice, Mazowieckie voivodeship. The cogeneration block can operate in the range of up to 7 MW of thermal power and up to 0.8MWe of electrical power, with efficiency of heat output up to 89 %. Energy efficiency gain compared to separate energy production = 46.04 %, reduction of CO2 emissions by 32 923.94 tonnes/year (53.1 %) and PM10 by 230.52 t/tok (90 %) and reduction of the company’s energy purchase costs by over PLN 12.2 million/year. The realisation of the investment will improve the competitiveness of the company, improve processes thanks to automation (SCADA), will improve the state of the natural environment, including reduce the negative impact on climate and improve the attractiveness of the company and the Brochów building in the opinion of residents, customers and investors. The goal will be achieved by launching a high-efficiency cogeneration system, increasing energy efficiency, in line with the company’s policy and in accordance with the principle of sustainable development. The implementation of the investment will improve the state of the environment, including in the vicinity of protected areas. The project will affect the efficiency of the production of an innovative, ecological construction product. The project will allow the developers. primary energy consumption of 303808 GJ/year and obtain heat from cogeneration = 190 638 GJ/year; the project will increase the share of renewable energy production; prevent further environmental pollution risks. The target group is the staff of PPZM Segromet. The project has a positive impact on the political level of development, equal opportunities or gender. The investment is prepared in terms of documentation: audits, feasibility studies, PFU. Project compatible with PGN Gm.Brochów. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Uzysk efektywności energet. w porównaniu do rozdzielonej produkcji energii=46,04%, ograniczenie emisji CO2 o 32 923,94 ton/rok (53,1%) i PM10 o 230,52 t/tok (90%) oraz obniżenie kosztów zakupu energii firmy o ponad 12,2 mln zł/rok. Brochów w opinii mieszkańców, klientów i inwestorów. Cel będzie zrealizowany przez uruchomienie układu wysokosprawnej kogeneracji, wzrost efektywności energetycznej, zgodnie z polityką firmy i zgodnie z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji poprawie ulegnie stan środowiska naturalnego, także w pobliżu obszarów chronionych. Projekt wpłynie na efektywność produkcji innowacyjnego, ekologicznego produktu budowlanego. Projekt pozwoli ogran. zużycie ener. pierwotnej o 303808 GJ/rok i uzyskać z kogeneracji ciepło = 190 638 GJ/rok; projekt wpłynie na zwiększenie udziału produkcję energii z OZE; zapobiegać dalszym zagrożeniom zanieczyszczenia środowiska. Grupa docelowa to gł. pracownicy PPZM Segromet. (Polish)
