Main objective: Increase in professional activity of 70 people (7K, 63M) from the Lubelskie Voivodeship, who were dismissed for reasons relating to the workplace, achieved by their participation in individual outplacement programmes implemented during the implementation of the project – from 01.05.2018 to 30.04.2020. Target group: The target group of the project consists of employers and their employees undergoing restructuring processes – persons who lost their jobs due to reasons relating to the workplace within a period not longer than 6 months before the date of accession to the project, from the Lublin Voivodeship area (they live in the area of the voivodship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code). The main results are: 1. The number of persons qualified or acquired competence after leaving the programme – at least 80 %. 2. Number of people who have taken up work or continued employment after leaving the programme – at least 55 %. Tasks: 1. Professional counseling, 2. Training and courses: Truck driver, 3. Training and courses: Bus driver, 4. It’s a job mediation. (English)

    Cel główny: Wzrost aktywności zawodowej 70 osób (7K, 63M) z terenu woj. lubelskiego, które zostały zwolnione z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy, osiągnięty poprzez ich udział w zindywidualizowanych programach typu outplacement realizowanych w okresie realizacji projektu – od 01.05.2018 r. do 30.04.2020 r. Grupa docelowa: Grupę docelową projektu stanowią pracodawcy i ich pracownicy przechodzący procesy restrukturyzacyjne - osoby, które utraciły pracę z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 miesięcy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu, z terenu woj. lubelskiego (zamieszkują na obszarze województwa w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego). Główne rezultaty: 1. Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – min. 80%. 2. Liczba osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie – min. 55%. Zadania: 1. Doradztwo zawodowe, 2. Szkolenia i kursy: Kierowca ciężarówek, 3.
