The project “Development support for SMEs from the Belarusian and Chelm-Zamoskie subregions” is aimed at 1900 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from the areas of the Belarusian and Chelm-Zamojski subregions. The project will be attended by 2940 (K-1617, M-1323) employees from these entities, including: —min. 590 persons aged 50 years and over (K-325, M-265); —min. 1150 low-skilled people (K-633, M-517); —min. 380 companies operating in the field of smart specialisation of the Lublin region; —min. 190 high-growth enterprises. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of 1900 SMEs in the areas of the Belarusian and Chelm-Zamoan subregions in the period 01/01/2017-31/12/2018. The main result will be the acquisition of qualifications or competences after leaving the programme by at least 2650 employees (K-1458, M-1192) and the achievement of the development goal of at least 1368 micro, small and medium-sized enterprises thanks to participation in the project. This will increase the skills and qualifications of employees, which will translate into a more efficient and efficient business, thereby increasing its competitiveness in the supported area. The project involves co-financing the costs of implementing development services from the ESF under the PSF project only for development services entered in the RUR by authorised entities meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 24.05.2011 on the National Service System for Small and Medium Enterprises. Entrepreneurs will be given adequate support to their needs and development opportunities, including: analysis of development needs (excluding support for enterprises that have received support in the form of development needs analysis or development plans under Measure 2.2 OP WER); training; advice.     Projekt "Wsparcie rozwojowe dla MŚP z podregionu bialskiego i chełmsko-zamojskiego" skierowany jest do 1900 mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorców z obszaru podregionu bialskiego i chełmsko-zamojskiego. W projekcie weźmie udział 2940 (K-1617, M-1323) pracowników z tych podmiotów, w tym: -min. 590 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej (K-325, M-265); -min. 1150 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (K-633, M-517); -min. 380 przedsiębiorstw działających w obszarze inteligentnych specjalizacji woj. lubelskiego; -min. 190 przedsiębiorstw wysokiego wzrostu. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności 1900 przedsiębiorstw sektora MŚP z obszaru podregionu bialskiego i chełmsko-zamojskiego w okresie 01/01/2017-31/12/2018. Głównym rezultatem będzie uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub nabycie kompetencji po opuszczeniu programu przez min. 2650 pracowników (K-1458, M-1192) oraz realizacja celu rozwojowego min. 1368 mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw dzięki udziałowi w projekcie. Pozwoli to na wzrost umiejętności i kwalifikacji pracowników, co przełoży się na sprawniejsze i efektywniejsze działania przedsiębiorstwa, a tym samym wzrośnie jego konkurencyjność na wspieranym obszarze. Projekt zakłada dofinansowanie kosztów realizacji usług rozwojowych ze środków EFS w ramach projektu PSF wyłącznie na usługi rozwojowe wpisane do RUR za pomocą Karty Usługi przez uprawnione podmioty spełniające wymogi określone w rozporządzeniu Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 24.05.2011r. w sprawie Krajowego Systemu Usług dla Małych i Średnich Przedsiębiorstw. Przedsiębiorcom zostanie udzielone wsparcie adekwatne do ich potrzeb oraz możliwości rozwojowych w tym m.in: a) analiza potrzeb rozwojowych (z wyłączeniem wsparcia przedsiębiorstw, które otrzymały wsparcie w postaci analizy potrzeb rozwojowych lub planów rozwoju w ramach Działania 2.2 PO WER); b) szkolenia; c) doradztwo.
