The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the building after the former primary school in Gypsy. The inhabitants of the village of Gypsyka, after the former elementary school, created, partly by their own forces and means, a village recreation centre. The common room has again become a meeting place for residents, where social gatherings are organised, generational integration, exchange of experience of the elderly and younger people. In the rooms there are tables for ping-pong and chess where young people have the opportunity to spend their free time actively and interestingly. The project plans to: modernisation of the central heating system, replacement of windows and modernisation of ventilation, wall warming, modernisation of central heating, warming of the ceiling, warming of the floor on the ground. The installation of a photovoltaic installation consisting of photovoltaic panels made in monocrystalline technology with a power up to 5 kWp attached to the south side of the roof and installation of the heat pump of air-water power with a capacitive heater with a water-capacity heater was also planned. 110 dm³, heat output of the pump 1500 W. A detailed description of the costs, broken down into expenses of KW and NKW, is included in the theme letter due to the limited number of characters. The key results of the project, expressed by the result indicators, are:1.The amount of thermal energy saved[GJ/year: 177,23]2.Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year: 126058,34]3.Assessed annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions[tonnes of CO2/year: 33,43]4.Manufacture of electricity from newly built RES installations[MWhe/year: 5,248]5.Manufacture of electricity from newly built/new RES installations[MWht/year: 5,248]. The amount of electricity saved 37.84 MWh/year, Dod. energy capacity ele. 0,005 MWe As a result of the project, the energy efficiency of the building will be increased by 78.47 %. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w budynku po byłej szkole podstawowej w m. Cyganka. Mieszkańcy wsi Cyganka, w obiekcie po byłej szkole podstawowej stworzyli, częściowo własnymi siłami i środkami, świetlicę wiejską. Świetlica na nowo stała się miejscem spotkań mieszkańców gdzie organizowane są zebrania sołeckie, integracja pokoleniowa, wymiana doświadczeń osób starszych i młodszych. W pomieszczeniach znajdują się stoły do ping-ponga oraz szachy gdzie młodzież ma możliwość aktywnie i ciekawie spędzać wolny czas. W ramach projektu zaplanowano: modernizację instalacji c.o., wymianę okien i modernizację wentylacji, ocieplenie ścian, modernizację c.o., ocieplenie stropu, ocieplenie podłogi na gruncie. Do realizacji zaplanowano także montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej składającej się paneli fotowoltaicznych wykonanych w technologii monokrystalicznych o mocy do 5 kWp przymocowanej do połaci dachowej od strony południowej oraz montaż pompy ciepła mocy powietrze-woda wraz z podgrzewaczem pojemnościowym o poj. 110 dm3, moc cieplna pompy 1500W. Dokładny opis kosztów z podziałem na wydatki KW i NKW umieszczony został w piśmie przewodnim ze względu na ograniczoną liczbę znaków. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to:1.Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej[GJ/rok: 177,23]2.Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych [kWh/rok: 126058,34]3.Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych[tony równoważnika CO2/rok: 33,43]4.Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE[MWhe/rok: 5,248]5.Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE[MWht/rok: 5,248]. Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej 37,84 MwH/rok, Dod. zdolność wyt. ener. ele.0,005 MWe W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku o 78,47%.
