The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the building of the A. Mickiewicz Primary School in Białka through comprehensive thermomodernisation tasks, e.g.: modernisation of central heating, modernisation of ventilation systems, warming of the ceiling of the last floor and roof, warming of external walls, replacement of windows and doors, warming of floors. The installation of a photovoltaic installation consisting of photovoltaic panels made in monocrystalline technology with a power of 7.42 kWp was also planned. The key results of the project as expressed in the result indicators are:1.The amount of heat saved[GJ/year:1241]2.The amount of electricity saved[MWh/year: 12,787]3.Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year:417540]4.An estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions[tonnes CO2/year:4043]5.Manufacture of electricity from newly built/new RES installations [MWhe/year:8,076]6. Energy production from newly built RES installations [MWhe/year:8,076].As a result of the project, the energy efficiency of the building will be increased by 78.59 %. The target group of the project is the inhabitants of Milejów, with special attention to employees and students of the A. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w budynku Szkoły Podstawowej im. A. Mickiewicza w Białce poprzez realizację kompleksowych zadań termomodernizacyjnych np.: modernizację c.o., modernizację instalacji wentylacji, ocieplenie stropu ostatniej kondygnacji i dachu, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wymiana okien i drzwi, ocieplenie podłóg. Do realizacji zaplanowano także montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej składającej się paneli fotowoltaicznych wykonanych w technologii monokrystalicznych o mocy 7,42 kWp. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to:1.Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej[GJ/rok:1241]2.Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej[MWh/rok: 12,787]3.Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych [kWh/rok:417540]4.Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych[tony równoważnika CO2/rok:4043]5.Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych / nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE [MWhe/rok:8,076]6. Produkcja energii z nowo wybudowanych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE [MWhe/rok:8,076].W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku o 78,59 %. Grupą docelową projektu są mieszkańcy Milejowa, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem pracowników i uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej im. A. Mickiewicza w Białce.Po stronie kosztów niekwalifikowanych robót budowlanych ujęto: roboty rozbiórkowe, nadproża stalowe, roboty murowe, elementy betonowe, dach - roboty rozbiórkowe, stolarka drzwiowa wewnętrzna, tynki wewnętrzne, oblicowanie ścian, sufity podwieszane, roboty malarskie, podłoża, posadzki, roboty ślusarskie, podjazd dla niepełnosprawnych i schody zewnętrzne, elementy zewnętrzne, instalacja uziemiająca i odgromowa, montaż osprzętu, okablowanie, instalacje RTV - przystosowanie, demontaże, instalacja wodociągowa, kotły i akcesoria, kanalizacja.
