The core of the project is the energy modernisation of public utility buildings in Brok commune. The project consists of the thermomodernisation of four objects. The project provides for preparation of preparatory documentation (PFU, audits, feasibility study), technical documentation, investor supervision, project promotion and essential elements: — Thermomodernisation of the public utility building in Bojany (light), – thermomodernisation of the public utility building in Broku ul. Czuraj (light), – thermal modernisation of the public utility building in Laskowizno (light and shop), – thermal modernisation of the public utility building in Brok (educational facility). The main objective of the project is to increase energy savings in public buildings of Brok commune and Mazowieckie voivodship. Specific objectives of the project: increase the number of RES installations in Brok commune, increase the level of use of energy from renewable sources, decrease the demand for primary energy, reduce the cost of operating buildings in Brok commune, reduce emissions of pollutants entering the atmosphere, improve the energy efficiency of buildings, increase the number of buildings using energy from RES, increase the level of energy security in the commune, improve the quality of public infrastructure thanks to increased thermal comfort in the facility. The project will be implemented in accordance with the Public Procurement Act: open tender (projects and construction works), request for offers (investor supervision, preparatory documentation). Istotą projektu jest modernizacja energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Brok. Projekt polega na termomodernizacji czterech obiektów. W ramach projektu przewidziano opracowanie dokumentacji przygotowawczej (PFU, audyty, studium wykonalności), dokumentację techniczną, nadzór inwestorski, promocję projektu oraz zasadnicze elementy: - termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej w Bojanach (świetlica), - termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej w Broku ul. Czuraj (świetlica), - termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej w Laskowiźnie (świetlica i sklep), - termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej w Broku (placówka oświatowa). Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost oszczędności energii w budynkach użyteczności publicznej gminy Brok i województwa mazowieckiego. Cele szczegółowe projektu: zwiększenie liczby instalacji wykorzystujących OZE na terenie gminy Brok, zwiększenie poziomu wykorzystania energii pochodzącej ze źródeł odnawialnych, zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię pierwotną, obniżenie kosztów eksploatacji budynków na terenie gminy Brok, redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń przedostających się do atmosfery, poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków, zwiększenie liczby budynków wykorzystujących energię z OZE, zwiększenie poziomu bezpieczeństwa energetycznego na terenie gminy, podniesienie jakości infrastruktury publicznej dzięki zwiększeniu komfortu termicznego w obiekcie. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z Ustawą o zamówieniach publicznych: przetarg nieograniczony (projekty i roboty budowalne), zapytanie ofertowe (nadzór inwestorski, dokumentacja przygotowawcza). Beneficjentem projektu będzie Gmina Brok i wszystkie osoby, które na stałe zamieszkują obszar Gminy. (Polish)
