Main objective:Raising in the period to 06.2019 at least 62 pupils (29K 33M) from classes I-VIII SP in Kornelówka and SP in Cologne Sitno forming part of the Schools Team in Kornelówka key competences, appropriate attitudes and skills necessary on the labour market through the implementation of material support tailored to individual needs, i.e. the training of modern arts trainings outside lessons and psychological-pedagogical assistance, raising the competences of min.15 teachers in the field of use of the arts in the field of arts in general education and training in general education methods.The project will result in an increase in the number of pupils who have acquired key competences and support in the individual development of students from the SP in Kornelówka and Cologne Sitno by providing access to additional support in accordance with the individual needs and development opportunities of the pupil, creating the conditions for conducting effective educational activities by equipping the school base with the necessary equipment (including ICT and natural equipment), teaching materials and the implementation of the offer of improving the skills and competences of teachers from these schools. Cel główny: podniesienie w okresie do 06.2019 r. u min.62 uczniów (29K 33M) z klas I-VIII SP w Kornelówce oraz SP w Kolonii Sitno wchodzących w skład Zespołu Szkół w Kornelówce kompetencji kluczowych, właściwych postaw i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy poprzez realizację wsparcia dostosowanego do indywidualnych potrzeb, tj. zajęć organizowanych poza lekcjami i pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej, podniesienie kompetencji min.15 nauczycieli [14K,1M] kształcenia ogólnego z ww. szkół w zakresie korzystania z nowoczesnych metod, technologii i sprzętu poprzez cykl szkoleń oraz stworzenie w ww. szkołach położonych na terenach wiejskich warunków uczenia się adekwatnych do potrzeb rynku poprzez doposażenie 2 pracowni ICT oraz 2 pracowni dla przedmiotów matem.-przyrodniczych. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wzrost liczby uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe oraz wsparcie w indywidualnym rozwoju uczniów ze SP w Kornelówce i Kolonii Sitno poprzez zapewnienie dostępu do dodatkowego wsparcia zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami i możliwościami rozwojowymi danego ucznia, stworzenie warunków umożliwiających prowadzenie efektywnych działań edukacyjnych poprzez wyposażenie bazy szkół w niezbędny sprzęt (w tym wyposażenie pracowni ICT i przyrodniczych), materiały dydaktyczne i realizację oferty doskonalenia umiejętności i kompetencji nauczycieli z tych szkół.
