The project consists of commissioning a research service to a research unit consisting of creating a significantly improved product – a floorboard. The provider of the service will be an entity with category A+, A or B in accordance with the Law on the Financing of Science. The research unit will carry out development work, which will result in the creation of an innovative product and an improved production method. The service will carry out a survey of: — humidity, – coefficient of thermal permeability, – hardness, – glue joint strength, – resistance to underfloor heating, – resistance to water underfloor heating, – testing series, – checking the product in laboratory conditions. The aim of the project is to achieve a significantly improved product and technology to achieve the parameters (developed as a result of research) in production conditions as part of the research. Create an innovative product with the following characteristics: — increased hardness – at least 50 % compared to existing floor boards on the market, – increased or equal to the thermal permeability factor, at least similar to untreated wood ability to maintain dimensionality and geometry in the event of changes in humidity and temperature within a specified range, – at least similar to untreated wood adhesion and strength of the adhesive weld to a specified substrate, – increased capacity to maintain dimensionality and geometry under the given conditions when applied to underfloor heating. Process innovation consists of developing an optimal method of hardening solid wood boards across the cross-section without chemicals. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt polega na zleceniu jednostce naukowej usługi badawczej polegającej na stworzeniu znacznie ulepszonego produktu - deski podłogowej. Wykonawcą usługi będzie jednostka posiadająca kategorię A+, A lub B zgodnie z ustawą o zasadach finansowania nauki. Jednostka naukowa prowadzić będzie prace rozwojowe, których rezultatem będzie powstanie innowacyjnego produktu oraz ulepszonego sposobu produkcji. W ramach usługi przeprowadzone zostaną badania: - wilgotności, - współczynnika przenikalności cieplnej, - twardości, - wytrzymałości spoiny klejowej, - odporności na ogrzewanie podłogowe, - odporności na ogrzewanie podłogowe wodne, - wykonanie serii próbnej, - sprawdzenie produktu w warunkach laboratoryjnych. Celem projektu jest uzyskanie w ramach przeprowadzonych badań znacznie ulepszonego produktu i technologii osiągania założonych parametrów (opracowanych w wyniku badań) w warunkach produkcyjnych. Powstanie innowacyjny produkt o następujących właściwościach: - zwiększona twardość - co najmniej 50% w porównaniu do istniejących na rynku desek podłogowych, - zwiększony lub równy współczynnik przenikalności cieplnej, - przynajmniej podobna do drewna niepoddanego obróbce zdolność do zachowania wymiarowości i geometrii w przypadku zmian wilgotności i temperatury w określonym zakresie, - co najmniej podobna do drewna niepoddanego obróbce przyczepność i wytrzymałość spoiny klejowej do określonego podłoża, - zwiększona zdolność do zachowania wymiarowości i geometrii - w zadanych warunkach przy zastosowaniu na ogrzewanie podłogowe. Innowacja procesowa polega na opracowaniu optymalnej metody utwardzania desek z litego drewna w całym przekroju bez stosowania środków chemicznych. (Polish)
