The project is a response to Garment’s identified needs in terms of adapting the current offer of work and protective clothing to customers’ expectations. The main target groups of the project are: 1. In the case of detector clothing with high voltage detection function – construction companies, repair companies, installers, and others in which electrically powered machinery operates. 2. In the case of detector clothing with high temperature detection function – bakery, confectionery, food processing, restaurant kitchens, plastic processing, welding plants, boiler rooms. 3. In case of RFID identification – rental companies, food processing plants, pharmaceutical industry. The acquired R & D results will be implemented in their own business. The project consists of 2 tasks: 1. Development of detector workwear with non-contact voltage detection and high temperature detection, including: development of textronic system for detection functions, construction and testing of prototypes, preparation of final technical and technological documentation. 2. Development of RFID technology to identify objects using electroconductive threads, including: development of RFID antenna technology, development of a way of integrating microchip into clothing and antenna, construction and testing of prototypes, development of technical and technological docking. The project will result in product innovation in the form of workwear with new and improved functionalities, such as: — active protection against electric shock – active protection against high temperatures – automatic non-contact identification in washing – automatic contactless identification in (English) | |||||||||||||||

Główne grupy docelowe projektu to: 1. 2. W przypadku odzieży detektorowej z funkcją wykrywania wysokiej temperatury - zakłady piekarnicze, cukiernicze, przetwórstwa spożywczego, kuchnie restauracyjne, przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych, zakłady w których występuje proces spawania, kotłownie. 3. W przypadku identyfikacji RFID – firmy rentalowe, zakłady przetwórstwa spożywczego, przemysł farmaceutyczny. Nabyte wyniki B+R zostaną wdrożone we własnej działalności. Projekt składa się z 2 zadań: 1. Opracowanie detektorowej odzieży roboczej z funkcją bezdotykowego wykrywania napięcia i wysokiej temperatury, w tym: opracowanie układu tekstronicznego realizującego funkcje detekcji, budowa i testowanie prototypu, opracowanie końcowej dokumentacji techniczno-technologicznej. 2. Opracowanie technologii RFID do identyfikacji obiektów z użyciem nici elektroprzewodzących, w tym: opracowanie technologii anteny taga RFID, opracowanie sposobu integracji microchipa z odzieżą i anteną, budowa i testowanie prototypu, opracowanie dokum. techniczno-technologicznej.
