Głównym celem projektu pn. "Aktywizacja zawod. osób po 30 roku życia z terenu powiatu janowksiego V" będzie zwięszenie zatrudnienia osób po 30 roku życia oraz osób odchodzących z rolnictwa w wieku 30 + dla których został ustalony I lub II profil pomocy z terenu pow. janowskiego, znajdujących się w szczeg. trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. Założony cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie realizacji projektu tj. od 01.01.2019r. do 31.03.2020r. W ramach proj. wsparciem objętych zostanie 143os.(86k i 57m).Każdy z uczest. projektu otrzyma konkretną ofertę aktywizacji zaw. poprzez analizę umiejęt., predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Janowie Lub. będzie realizować odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrum. rynku pracy, o których mowa w Ustawie o prom. zatrud. i instytucjach rynku pracy. Zaplanow. dział. dla uczest. projektu to : Indywidualny Plan Działania, doradztwo zawodowe lub pośred. pracy dla wszystkich uczest. projektu143os.,staż zawodowy dla76os.(66k i10m), szkolenia zawod.dla 50os.(12K+38m) tj.:"Spawanie w metodąMAG-135",Oper.wózków. jezdn.z nap.silnik.oraz Operator kop.-ładow.kl.III).szkolenia indywid.dla20os.(12k+8m),dopos.lubwypos.stan.pracy dla6os.(3k i 3m),dotacje dla11os(5K+6m). W projekcie zakłada się realizację minim. poziom. efektywności zatrudn. dla wszystkich grup docelowych tj. -min. poziom kryterium efekt.zatrudn. dla os.z najtrudn.sytuacji,w tym imigranci,reemigranci, os. w wieku 50+,kobiety, os.z niepełnospr.,os.długotrwale bezr., os. o niskich kwalifik.do poziomu ISCED3 na poziomie-45%,Tj.51os -min. poziom kryt. efektyw.zatrud.dla pozost.os.nienależ.do ww.grup na poziomie-60%.tj.18os. The main objective of the project, n. “Activisation of persons over 30 years of age from Janoksvi district V” will increase employment of people over 30 years of age and those leaving agriculture aged 30 + for whom the I or II profile of aid from Janów district, who are in particular difficult situation on the labour market, has been established. The target will be achieved during the project implementation period, i.e. from 01.01.2019 to 31.03.2020. As part of the project, 143 people (86k and 57 m) will be supported.Each participant will receive a specific offer of activation incl. by analysing skills, predispositions and problems of the participant. On this basis, PUP in Janów Lub. will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on ferry. employment and labour market institutions. Zaplanow. department. for participants of the project are: Individual Action Plan, professional counseling or indirect work for all participants of the project143person, vocational training for 76 people (66k and 10 m), professional training for 50 people (12K+ 38 m) i.e.:“Sleeping in the method MAG-135”,Oper. The project assumes the implementation of a minimum level of employability for all target groups, i.e. —min. the level of effect criterion. employed for people with the most difficult situations, including immigrants, migrants, migrants, people aged 50+, women, people from less than half-time, long-term unemployment, people with low qualifiers to the level of ISCED3 at the level of 45 %,Tj.51os -min. It’s predicted that womb. 5 %participation.projective.(8os) may be booked in a project not in accordance with the plan.for them, the PPUP provides possible benefit from the support of persons who have completed participation in the project from the scope of inclusion in the scope of the implementation in the frameworks of the Axis11Inclusion.
