Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest wzrost poziomu upowszechnienia usług w zakresie edukacji przedszkolnej oraz podniesienie jej jakości poprzez utworzenie 40 nowych miejsc dla dzieci 3-4 letnich w Niepublicznym Przedszkolu Kolorowe Kredki w Nałęczowie oraz jego filialnych oddziałach w Lublinie i objęcie zajęciami specjalistycznymi 96 dzieci (48 chł. i 48 dz.) w okresie do 31.12.2019 r.
