Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia wyników prac B+R i wynalazku zgłoszonego do urzędu patentowego, zarejestrowanego pod nr P.420137 . W wyniku jego realizacji nastąpi wprowadzenie na rynek nowych i udoskonalonych produktów: deski podłogowej utwardzonej (hartowanej), deski modyfikowanej (podwędzanej) w dwóch wariantach: FIX i FIX Pro. Zakres projektu obejmuje: 1. budowę nowych obiektów: wiaty w zakładzie w Wymysłowie oraz wiaty magazynowej i hali produkcyjno-magazynowej w zakładzie w Oblasie, 2. nabycie wraz z instalacją i uruchomieniem nowych środków trwałych: I. w zakładzie w Wymysłowie; trak szerokotaśmowy, automatyzacja produkcji wokół traku, maszyna do cięcia, kocioł z automatycznym zespołem spalania, pilarka optymalizująca do cięcia poprzecznego, rębak do odpadów drzewnych, instalacja odpylająca, kompresor, piła poprzeczna, podnośnik nożycowy II. w zakładzie w Oblasie: suszarnie – 3 szt., prasa do klejenia deski, system nawilżanie powietrza, maszyna do szpachlowania, instalacja odpylająca, podcinarka do desek i sklejki, maszyna do strukturyzacji i hartowania. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa poprzez zakup usługi badawczo-rozwojowej w zakresie opracowania nowego produktu i przygotowania prototypu doświadczalnego. Cele szczegółowe: - wdrożenie wyników prac B+R zleconych jednostce naukowej oraz przeprowadzonych samodzielnie, - wdrożenie innowacji procesowej, - wdrożenie innowacji produktowej - utworzenie 6 nowych miejsc pracy, - wzrost przychodów ze sprzedaży - wejście na nowe rynki, również zagraniczne, - pozyskanie nowych odbiorców: instytucji użytku publicznego, deweloperów, podmioty zarządzające biurowcami, obiektów sportowych, - rozbudowę zakładu i parku maszynowego, - usprawnienie procesu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. The project concerns the implementation of the results of R & D and the invention submitted to the patent office, registered under P.420137. As a result, new and improved products will be placed on the market: hardened (hardened) floor boards, modified boards (towed) in two variants: Fix and FIX Pro. The scope of the project includes: 1. construction of new facilities: wedges in the plant in Wymysłów as well as warehousing and warehouse sheds in the Opole plant, 2. acquisition with installation and commissioning of new fixed assets: I. at the plant in Wymysłów; wide-tape trak, trac production automation, cutting machine, boiler with automatic combustion unit, optimising saw for cross-cutting, wood waste chipper, dust removal system, compressor, cross saw, shear lifter II. in the Oblas plant: drying rooms – 3 pcs, board gluing press, air moisturising system, filling machine, dust dedusting system, board and plywood liner, structuring and hardening machine. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness and innovation of the company through the purchase of R & D services in the development of a new product and the preparation of an experimental prototype. Specific objectives: — implementation of the results of R & D works commissioned to the research unit and carried out independently, – implementation of process innovation, – implementation of product innovation – creation of 6 new jobs, – growth of sales revenues – entering new markets, including foreign markets, – acquiring new customers: public use institutions, developers, office building managers, sports facilities, – expansion of the plant and machine park, – streamlining the management process of the company.
