The subject of the project carried out by NG Group is to carry out research and development (contracted) work, which will result in the development of a new, unique shape of the housing for mobile phones. The work will be carried out using additive technologies. (it consists of dividing the 3D model into a series of two-dimensional sections (layers) that were subsequently played (added) in the prototype device. The production of models will be carried out on the basis of three-dimensional documentation prepared in the CAD system. This model (output file) will be converted to STL format. The advantage of the technique used will be the possibility of combining different materials, such as: material, paper, ceramics, metal or specially selected composites. Therefore, when designing, we will try to ensure that the housings are made of recycled materials so that the results of the investment will have a positive impact on environmental protection. Due to the fact that the company has no experience in carrying out this type of work independently (min. we do not have a research department) we decided to commission the work of a profiled technical unit, which has both the appropriate technical resources and know how and staff capacity. The final result of the investment will be to obtain industrial designs for the housing of phones with absolute novelty of designer shapes. The integral elements of the housing will be a leash protection, a device condition indicator. At the time of obtaining positive results, the company intends to commercialise them by implementing them directly into production. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu realizowanego przez firmę NG Group jest przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych (zleconych) których rezultatem będzie opracowanie nowego, unikalnego kształtu obudowy do telefonów komórkowych. Prace zostaną przeprowadzone będą wykonane przy użyciu technologii addytywnych. (polega na podzieleniu modelu 3D na szereg dwuwymiarowych sekcji (warstw), które następnie były kolejno odtwarzane (dodawane) w urządzeniu do prototypowania). Wytworzenie modeli będzie odbywać się na bazie trójwymiarowej dokumentacji sporządzonej w systemie CAD. Model ten (plik wyjściowy)zostanie skonwertowany na format STL. Zaletą zastosowanej techniki będzie możliwość łączenia różnych materiałów, takich jak: tworzywo, papier, ceramika, metal lub specjalnie dobranych kompozytów. W związku z powyższym przy projektowaniu będziemy starali się aby obudowy były wykonane z materiałów pochodzących z recyklingu dzięki czemu rezultaty inwestycji będą oddziaływać pozytywnie na ochronę środowiska. W związku z tym że firma nie posiada doświadczenia w realizacji tego typu prac samodzielnie (min. nie posiadamy działu badawczego) zdecydowaliśmy się na zlecenie prac profilowanej jednostce technicznej, która posiada zarówno odpowiednie zasoby techniczne jak i know how oraz potencjał kadrowy. Finalnym rezultatem inwestycji będzie uzyskanie wzorów przemysłowych do obudowy telefonów o absolutnej nowości designerskich kształtów. Integralnymi elementami obudowy będą zabezpieczenie na smycz, sygnalizator stanu urządzenia. W momencie uzyskania pozytywnych wyników badań firma zamierza dokonać ich komercjalizacji poprzez wdrożenie bezpośrednio do produkcji. (Polish)
