The main objective of the project is to take up employment or self-employment in the period from 02.2017 to 03.2018, for at least 23 people who are unemployed (including long-term unemployed, part-time and leaving agriculture) who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market from the area of parczew, by acquiring and/or increasing professional qualifications through comprehensive educational and professional activation obtained within the project. It will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of SZOOP Priority Axis 9 The labour market of the Parczew district’s overarching objective – Strategy for the Development of the Parczew County for the years 2014-2020. In addition, it is in line with Objective 3 of the STRATEGY OF THE OR REGULATION FOR the years 2014-2020 and the Social Policy Strategy of the Lubelskie Voivodship for the years 2014-2020. The key results of the project will be expressed by the employment efficiency ratio of around 45 % of unemployed people (23 people), 28 % of long-term unemployed (9 people), people with disabilities 19 % i.e. 1 person and 22 % of people leaving agriculture i.e. 2 people and the number of people who have been qualified after leaving the programme for: the unemployed, including the long-term unemployed, supported by 80 % of 40 people, and their sustainability will result from a comprehensive individualised development path from which UP will benefit from the project. The project(s) will be attended by 50 unemployed people aged 30+ with low-skilled (25 women and 25 men) including 8 farmers or members of their families with individual farms up to 2 hectares of conversion, intending to leave agriculture. Up from the area of Lubelskie Voivodeship (Parczewski District) Professional activation programs covering several forms of support: individual and group vocational guidance (IPD) training leading to the acquisition, upgrading, supplementation or retraining of professional qualifications (including the organisation of training combined with the employer’s apprenticeships) job placements/training. Ponadto zgodny jest z Celem 3 STRATEGII ROZWOJU WOJEWÓDZTWA LUBELSKIEGO NA LATA 2014-2020i Strategią Polityki Społecznej Województwa Lubelskiego na lata 2014 - 2020. Kluczowe rezultaty projektu będą wyrażone wskaźnikiem efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie ok 45% os bezrobotnych (23 os), 28% os. długotrwale bezrobotnych (9 os), os. niepełnosprawne 19% tj 1 osoba i 22% osób odchodzących z rolnictwa tj 2 os. i liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu dla: osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie 80% 40os zaś ich trwałość będzie wynikać z kompleksowej zindywidualizowanej ścieżki rozwoju z której UP skorzystają w ramach projektu. Uczestnikami projektu(UP) będą 50 osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30+ o niskich kwalifikacjach (25 kobiet i 25 mężczyzn) w tym 8 osób rolników lub członkowie ich rodzin prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa. UP z obszaru woj. lubelskiego (powiat parczewski) Programy aktywizacji zawodowej obejmujące kilka form wsparcia: poradnictwo zawodowe indywidualne i grupowe (IPD) szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia, podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych (w tym organizacja szkoleń połączona z praktyką zawodową u pracodawcy) pośrednictwo pracy staże/praktyki zawodowe.
