The aim of the project is to develop by the end of 2019, by supporting 165 people integrated complementary and supporting the role of the family and supporting the process of deinstitutionalisation of foster care through the activities of a family support centre, working with host families and their wards, children with disabilities and their families and families experiencing difficulties in carrying out caring and educational functions from the Łęczyński district (the Lublin province). Results:5 places created: 4 people of training. in the scope of the provision of services community + 1 equipment. ORW that will implement new forms of therapy: hortitherapy, sensory tarapy with sound. The staff will be trained in providing counselling/training for parents and individuals in the field of supporting the family in the performance of care and educational functions.Addresses: parents of children with disabilities (22 persons) and children (22 persons), who are the wards of the ORW in Łęczna, parents and caregivers holding the surrogate care (51 persons) together with their children (70 persons) who are under the supervision of PCPR in Łęczna. They belong to a group of people who are socially excluded or are at risk of exclusion due to their health, disability, low incomes, people experiencing multiple social exclusion. In addition, the participants of the project are the staff of entities providing social services: 4 people from PCPR in Łęczna. Tasks:1.upgrading the qualifications of familial replacement coordinators and purchasing therapy equipment (4 persons participating in: hortitherapy course, course. specialist in the field of family support and among them 2 school people. tren. met.PRIDE). 2.Provision of sensory therapy services, hortitherapy, auditory therapy-165 people,3.training for families-70 people,4.training interper. for families-80 people,5.Special advice (sexuologist, psychotherapist, dietetician, psychiatrist)-165 people. Both PCPR and ORW facilities will be equipped with equipment and materials supporting the provision of substantive support. (English)

    Celem projektu jest rozwój do końca2019 r. poprzez wsparcie 165 osób zintegrowanych usług uzupełniających i wpierających rolę rodziny oraz wsparcie procesu deinstytucjonalizacji pieczy zastępcz. poprzez działalność ośrodka wsparcia rodzin, realizujacymi pracę z rodzinami zastęp. i ich podopiecznymi, dziećmi z niepełnospraw. i ich rodzinami oraz rodzinami przeżywającymi trudności w pełnieniu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych z powiatu łęczyńskiego (woj.lubelskiego). Rezultaty:5 utworzonych miejsc: 4 os. wyszkol. w zakr. świadczenia usług społ.+ 1 wyposaż. ORW które będą realizowały nowe formy terapii: hortiterapia,tarapia sensoryczna dźwiękiem. Kadra zostanie przeszkol. w prowadzeniu doradztwa/szkoleń dla rodziców i osób spr. pieczę zastępczą w zakresie wspierania rodziny w pełnieniu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych.Adresaci: rodzice dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami(22 os.) i same dzieci (22 os.), będące podoopiecznymi ORW w Łęcznej, rodzice i opiekunowie sprawujący pieczę zastępczą (51 os.) wraz z ich dziećmi (70 os.), ktorzy są pod kuratelą PCPR w Łęcznej. Osoby te należą do grupy osób wykluczonych społecznie lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem ze względu na stan zdrowia, niepełnosprawność, niskie dochody, os. doświadczajace wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego. Dodatkowo uczestnikami projektu jest kadra podmiotów swiadczących usługi społeczne: 4 osoby z PCPR w Łęcznej. Zadania:1.podniesienia kwalifikacji koordynatorów rodzinnej pieczy zastępczej i zakup wyposażenia do terapii (4 os. wemą udział w: kursie hortiterapii, kurs. specjalist. z zakresu wsparcia rodziny i spośród nich 2 os. szkol. tren. met.PRIDE). 2.Swiadczenie uslug terapii sensorycznej, hortiterapii, terapii słuchowej-165 os.,3.szkol.doskonalące dla rodzin-70 os.,4.trening interper. dla rodzin-80 os,5.doradztwo specjalistyczne (seksuolog, psychoterapeuta, dietetyk,psychiatra)-165 os. Obydwie placówki PCPR i ORW zostaną wyposażone w sprzęt i materiały wspierające prowadzenie wsparcia merytorycznego. (Polish)
