Trasa Nadwiślańska łącząca Puławy z Warszawą Stanowi ważny element sieci drogowej dla wyjazdów weekendowo-rekreacyjnych mieszkańców Warsz.. Realizacja P. będzie miała na celu zwiększenie dostępn.komunikacyjnej rejonu Zwiększy się przepustowość drogi, a sprawniejszy system transportowy, ułatwi dostęp do terenów inwestycyjnych i atrakcji turystycznych. Projekt przyczyni się do lepszego wykorzystania wewn. potencjału rozw. okręgu, usprawni połączenia komunikacyjne, co w konsekw. wpłynie na przyspiesz. tempa rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego. Realizowana inwestycja będzie miała więc korzystny wpływ na wszystkie grupy użytkowników korzyst. z drogi: uczestników ruchu tranzytowego, lokalnych mieszkańców, inwestorów oraz turystów.
