The planned R & D project will lead to the creation of a helmet with a modular design, which will be used in electricity, metallurgy, mining and chemical industry. Thanks to the modular construction of helmets using as many common elements as possible, we will give the customer the possibility of individual selection of the helmet and its elements depending on the purpose. The base version is a helmet with a face shield (available 3 different face shields, providing different degrees of protection against electric arcs – the customer determines how much protection you need). In addition, the helmet can be equipped with protective glasses, ear covers, hearing protectors, flashlight, etc. The aim of the project is to develop an industrial helmet, especially for applications in the electricity sector, at a later stage. The helmet will have the characteristics and characteristics desired in this industry. Hubix has many years of experience in the distribution and manufacture of similar helmets. We know the needs of the market, we know what the product is wanted by customers, we have constant contact with users and distributors around the world. The helmet is to have very good (beneficial) parameters of the ability to depreciate and protect the user from the effects of the electric arc. Research in the project will be carried out to develop and experimentally investigate these issues. The implementation of the project will lead to the introduction of a globally unique protective helmet, increase the recognition of the HUBIX brand and increase the company’s revenues and enable its further development.     Planowany projekt badawczo-rozwojowy ma doprowadzić do stworzenia hełmu o modułowej konstrukcji, który znajdzie zastosowanie w elektroenergetyce, hutnictwie, górnictwie i przemyśle chemicznym. Dzięki o modułowej konstrukcji hełmów przy wykorzystaniu jak największej liczby wspólnych elementów, damy klientowi możliwość indywidualnego doboru hełmu i jego elementów w zależności od przeznaczenia. Wersja bazowa to hełm z osłoną twarzy (dostępne 3 różne osłony twarzy, zapewniające różne stopnie ochrony przed łukiem elektrycznym, - klient określa jak dużej ochronę potrzebuje). Dodatkowo hełm może być wyposażony w okulary ochronne, osłony boczne uszu, ochronniki słuchu, latarkę, itp. Projekt ma na celu opracowanie (a na późniejszym etapie drożenie do produkcji) hełmu przemysłowego, przeznaczonego szczególnie do zastosowań w sektorze elektroenergetycznym. Hełm będzie posiadał właściwości i cechy pożądane w tej branży. Firma Hubix posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie w dystrybucji i produkcji podobnych hełmów. Znamy potrzeby rynku, wiemy jaki produkt jest poszukiwany przez klientów, mamy stały kontakt z użytkownikami oraz dystrybutorami na całym świecie. Hełm ma posiadać bardzo dobre (korzystne) parametry zdolności amortyzacji i ochrony użytkownika przed skutkami działania łuku elektrycznego. Badania w projekcie będą prowadzone w celu opracowania i doświadczalnego zbadania tych zagadnień.
