The subject of the project is to commission research and development work on the research and development of the research unit in the field of the development of a modern corrosion coating for the construction of RES installations, with particular emphasis on photovoltaic installations. The contractor of the research service will be selected in the tender procedure fulfilling the principle of competitiveness of the Institute of Precision Mechanics in Płock. The R & D service will result in product innovation, which will then be implemented in the Applicant’s enterprise. Implementation will consist of the introduction of new types of components to extend the life of the construction and thus entire installations, reduce the amount of waste from the disposal of degraded materials, and reduce operating costs for electricity-oriented installations centrally controlled by energy management systems. Przedmiotem projektu jest zlecenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych jednostce naukowej w zakresie opracowania nowoczesnej powłoki antykorozyjnej dla konstrukcji instalacji OZE, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem instalacji fotowoltaicznych. Wykonawcą usługi badawczej będzie wyłoniony w postępowaniu ofertowym spełniającym zasadę konkurencyjności Instytut Mechaniki Precyzyjnej w Płocku. W wyniku zrealizowanej usługi B+R powstanie innowacja produktowa, która następnie będzie przedmiotem wdrożenia w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. Wdrożenie polegać będzie na wprowadzeniu do oferty nowych typów elementów, które pozwolą na wydłużenie żywotności konstrukcji, a tym samym całych instalacji, ograniczenie ilości odpadów z tytułu utylizacji zdegradowanych materiałów, jak również ograniczenia kosztów eksploatacji dla instalacji ukierunkowanych na wytwarzanie energii elektrycznej, centralnie sterowanych za pomocą systemów zarządzania energią.
