Environmentally friendly energy RPO WL 2014-2020 and concerns the construction of installations for the production of electricity from renewable sources (construction of a new RES installation of units 1 with a capacity of 0,04 MWW and planned average net production of electricity during the project’s lifetime of less than 400 MWh/year). Project objectives converging with the strategic objectives of the voivodship and the low-carbon economy by: among others, increasing the share of RES in electricity generation (additional generation capacity), improving air quality by replacing e.e. consumption from conventional sources- renewable energy (reduction of CO2 and particulate emissions including PM10), raising the environmental awareness of other inhabitants of the region (green education). The material scope of the project concerns the construction of RES installations (pieces 1) with a capacity of 0.04 MW each (execution of construction works consisting of installation of photovoltaic devices up to 40 kW) together with a system for monitoring work using ICT. The overall installed capacity of the project will be 0.04 MW. The type of installation in the project and the average working time of PV installations per year and the efficiency of the equipment after taking account of losses and losses result from the net annual production of total electricity in the project (37.54 MWh/year). The objective in the project shall be expressed by measurable output and result indicators (as defined in Section VI of the proposal). Target group and user of the built infrastructure is the Applicant’s enterprise (energy from installations dedicated to own needs). Net value of the project PLN 174500.00 (gross PLN 214635.00), eligible expenditure PLN 172000.00 (public aid Art. 41 par. 6(c) of the GBER). Projekt wpisuje się w cele działania 4.2 Produkcja energii OZE w przedsiębiorstwach, Osi Priorytetowej IV. Energia przyjazna środowisku RPO WL 2014-2020 i dotyczy budowy instalacji do produkcji energii elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych (budowa nowej instalacji OZE sztuk 1 o mocy 0,04 MW i planowanej średniej produkcji netto energii elektrycznej w okresie trwałości projektu poniżej 400 MWh/rok). Cele projektu zbieżne z celami strategicznymi województwa oraz gospodarki niskoemisyjnej przez: m.in. zwiększenie udziału OZE w wytwarzaniu energii elektrycznej (dodatkowe moce wytwórcze), poprawa jakości powietrza przez zastąpienie poboru e.e. z sieci pochodzącej ze źródeł konwencjonalnych- energią ze źródeł odnawialnych (redukcja emisji CO2 i pyłów w tym PM10), podniesienie świadomości ekologicznej innych mieszkańców regionu (edukacja ekologiczna). Zakres rzeczowy projektu dotyczy budowy instalacji OZE (sztuk 1) o mocy 0,04 MW każda (wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na montażu urządzeń fotowoltaicznych o mocy do 40 kW) wraz z systemem monitoringu pracy przy wykorzystaniu TIK. Ogólna moc zainstalowana w projekcie wyniesie 0,04 MW. Z rodzaju instalacji w projekcie oraz średniego czasu pracy instalacji PV w roku i sprawności urządzeń po uwzględnieniu ubytków i strat wynika produkcja roczna energii elektrycznej netto ogółem w projekcie (37,54 MWh/rok). Cel w projekcie wyrażają mierzalne wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu (określone w sekcji VI wniosku). Grupa docelowa i użytkownik wytworzonej infrastruktury to przedsiębiorstwo Wnioskodawcy (energia z instalacji przeznaczona na potrzeby własne). Wartość netto projektu 174500,00 zł (brutto 214635,00 zł), wydatki kwalifikowane 172000,00 zł (pomoc publiczna art. 41 ust 6 lit c GBER).
