Celem niniejszego proj.jest WSPARCIE FUNKCJONOWANIA DZIENNEGO DOMU POMOCY DLA SENIORÓW W GMINIE OPOLE LUBELSKIE,który obejmie wsparciem 60 osób (50K/10M) zg.z kryt.gr.docelowej (pkt.3.2),w terminie 01.02.2019-31.03.2021r.,poprzez realizację zadań proj.: 1.Utworzenie DDP dla Seniorów w Gminie Opole Lubelskie jako samodzielnej jednostki organizacyjnej pomocy społecznej; 2.Funkcjonowanie DDP dla Seniorów w Gminie Opole Lubelskie; 3.Funkcjonowanie pracowni w DDP dla Seniorów w Gminie Opole Lubelskie. Cel główny proj.przyczyni się do relizacji celu szczeg.RPO WL 2014-2020,tj.wzrost dostępności usług społecznych i zdrowotnych,gdyż UP zapewniony zostanie co najmniej 8-godzinny,godny i bezpieczny pobyt w DDP,podczas którego zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem (wynikającym ze zdiagnozowanych wśród nich potrzeb),obejmującym m.in.: wyżywienie,profesjonalną opiekę zdrowotną,terapeutyczną,logopedyczną,psychologiczną,prawną,umożliwienie udziału w zajęciach komputerowych/kulturalnych/kulinarnych/rehabilitacyjno-ruchowych,dostęp do do książek i środków przekazu,organizowanie wycieczek edukacyjnych,imprez kulturalnych,rekreacyjnych i towarzyskich,zg.ze Standardem. W rezultacie realizacji proj.m.in.wziększy się o 60 liczba wspartych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu proj. Gr.docelową w niniejszym proj.stanowi 60os.(50K/10M) starszych,pow.60r.ż.,będących w wieku poprodukcyjnym wykluczonych/zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ.,w tym m.in.10 os.z niepełnosprawnościami (8K/2M) (w tym np.zaburzeniami psychicznymi),os.niesamodzielne,o ile mieszczą się w katalogu os.wskazanym w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społ.i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzyst.śr.EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020,zamieszkujące (w rozum.KC) na ter.Gminy Opole Lubelskie.Min.60% UP stanowią os.zamieszkałe na ter.wiejskich (Polish)

The aim of this project is to contribute to the day-to-day HOME of assistance for SENIORS in the Opole Opole area, which will support 60 people (50K/10M) according to the target coverage (point 3.2), by 01.02.2019-31.03.2021, by carrying out the project tasks: 1. Creating a DDP for Seniors in the Opole Lubelskie Municipality as an independent organizational unit of social assistance; 2.The operation of the DDP for Seniors in the Opole Lubelskie Municipality; 3.Feature of the workshop in the DDP for Seniors in the Opole Lubelskie Municipality. The main objective of the project will contribute to the coverage of the RPO WL 2014-2020, i.e. increase the availability of social and health services, as PPO will ensure at least a 8-hour, reliable and safe stay in the DDP, during which they will receive comprehensive support (resulting from the needs diagnosed among them), including: food,professional healthcare,therapeutic,logoped,psychological,legal,enabled participation in computer/cultural/culinary/rehabilitation/rehabilitation activities,access to books and media, organising educational tours, cultural, recreational and social events. As a result of the project implementation, among others, the number of supported places to provide social services will be increased after completion of the project. The aim of this project is 60person(50K/10M) older,when 60, who are of post-production age excluded/risk of poverty and social exclusion, including 10 persons with disabilities (8K/2M) (including, for example, mental disorders), and are independent, as long as they are included in the catalogue of the area indicated in the field of poverty.
