The main objective of the project is to implement the results of R & D in the scope of assessing selected mechanical properties of the material Therapon Transpa (TT) in terms of its potential for use in the treatment of temporal and mandibular joint disorders. The project envisages equipping the beneficiary with the necessary fixed and intangible assets. The result of the project will be the implementation of product, process and organizational innovation, as well as a significant extension of the assortment offer of the Applicant for treatment of temporal-hub joint disorders (SSŻ), using Therapon Transpa plastic, characterised by high operational durability, the highest accuracy of performance and high aesthetics. The new offer of the Applicant will be addressed mainly to industry institutional entities. However, it is also planned to generate around 30 % of sales revenues to individual customers. The new range of offers will consist of: 1) bite rails 2) deprogrammers 3) tests necessary for the treatment of SSG disorders. The implementation of the project will strengthen the applicant’s competitiveness on the regional, national and international markets. The export of bite rails and deprogrammers to the Austrian market was planned. The project also involves establishing cooperation with the scientific unit at the stage of its implementation in order to eliminate possible implementation errors and ensure professional quality assessment of the first manufactured products.     Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo rozwojowych w zakresie oceny wybranych właściwości mechanicznych tworzywa Therapon Transpa (TT) pod kątem możliwości jego zastosowania w procesie leczenia schorzeń stawu skroniowo-żuchwowego. Realizacja projektu przewiduje wyposażenie Beneficjenta w niezbędne środki trwałe i wartości niematerialne i prawne. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie wdrożenie innowacji produktowej, procesowej i organizacyjnej, oraz znaczne rozszerzenie oferty asortymentowej Wnioskodawcy o leczenie schorzeń stawu skroniowo-żuchowego (ssż), przy zastosowaniu tworzywa Therapon Transpa, charakteryzującego się wysoką trwałością eksploatacyjną, najwyższą dokładnością wykonania oraz wysoką estetyką. Nowa oferta Wnioskodawcy będzie kierowana głównie do branżowych podmiotów instytucjonalnych. Zaplanowano jednak także uzyskanie około 30% przychodów ze sprzedaży dla klientów indywidualnych. W skład nowego asortymentu ofertowego wchodzić będą: 1) szyny nagryzowe 2) deprogramatory 3) badania niezbędne w procesie leczenia schorzeń ssż. Realizacja projektu doprowadzi do wzmocnienia konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy na rynku regionalnym i krajowym, a także międzynarodowym. Zaplanowano eksport szyn nagryzowych oraz deprogramatorów na rynek austriacki. Projekt zakłada także nawiązanie współpracy z jednostką naukową na etapie jego realizacji celem wyeliminowania ew. błędów wdrożeniowych i zapewnienia profesjonalnej oceny jakościowej pierwszych wytwarzanych egzemplarzy produktów.
