The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of the environment (air cleanness) in the municipality of Łaziska thanks to the use of renewable energy sources. This goal will be achieved by installing solar installations on private properties in the municipality. This will increase the use of renewable energy sources in the municipality, reduce greenhouse gases and other harmful substances in the atmosphere: (dust, sulphur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2), improvement of the potential of the municipality of Łaziska in terms of tourism and the development of entrepreneurship linked to improving the quality of the environment. The key result of the project will be improved air quality in Łaziska commune. This result will be achieved through the project’s tasks related to the installation of installations using renewable energy sources, solar collectors on residential buildings. As part of the project, solar collectors will be installed in 572 households. The project also foresees the use of modern information and communication technologies. The installation will be equipped with modern automation, with a regulator allowing for the current monitoring of the operation of the installation and the function of counting energy supplied by collectors in the form of statistics. It will be possible to remotely support solar installations and access to statistics – via the ICT portal and tools. The target group of the planned project is the residents of Łaziska commune directly participating in the project. These are the direct users of the infrastructure created by the project. Despite the fact that no corrective or short-term actions for the Lubelskie SEZ are indicated for the Łazisko district (no overruns of the substance subject to the assessment of air quality) are included in the scope of measures to reduce PM10 dust emissions from individual heating systems.     Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego (czystości powietrza) na terenie gminy Łaziska dzięki wykorzystaniu odnawialnych źródeł energii. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez montaż instalacji solarnych na prywatnych nieruchomościach na terenie gminy. Dzięki temu nastąpi podniesienie poziomu wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii w gminie, redukcja wydzielanych do atmosfery gazów cieplarnianych i innych substancji szkodliwych: (pyłów, dwutlenku siarki (SO2), dwutlenku azotu (NO2), tlenku węgla (CO) i dwutlenku węgla (CO2), podniesienie potencjału gminy Łaziska w zakresie turystyki oraz rozwoju przedsiębiorczości związane z poprawą jakości środowiska naturalnego. Kluczowym rezultatem projektu będzie poprawiona jakość powietrza na terenie gminy Łaziska. Rezultat ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zadania realizowane w ramach projektu, związane z montażem instalacji wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii, kolektorów słonecznych na budynkach mieszkalnych. W ramach projektu zamontowane zostaną kolektory słoneczne w 572 gospodarstwach domowych. Projekt przewiduje także wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych. Instalacja będzie wyposażona w nowoczesną automatykę, z regulatorem pozwalającym na bieżący monitoring funkcjonowania instalacji oraz funkcją zliczania energii dostarczonej przez kolektory w postaci statystyk. Możliwa będzie zdalna obsługa instalacji solarnej i dostęp do statystyk- poprzez portal i narzędzia ICT. Grupą docelową planowanego do realizacji projektu są mieszkańcy gminy Łaziska bezpośrednio uczestniczący w projekcie. Są to bezpośredni użytkownicy infrastruktury powstałej w wyniku realizacji projektu. Pomimo iż w POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gm. Łaziska (nie odnotowano przekroczenia poz. substancji podleg. ocenie jakości powietrza) to przedmiotowa inwest. wpisuje się w zakres działań obniżających emisję pyłu PM10 z indywid. systemów grzewczych.
