The main objective of the project is “Improving atmospheric air status by increasing RES-based energy production”. It will be achieved by carrying out actions involving assembly: 141 installations of flat solar collectors on a building or land (b) 41 installations of flat solar panels of the type “on-grid” on an inclined, flat or vertical surface. The project will be located in all 13 villages of Gm. Łabunie. The result of the activities will be the launch of 182 RES systems (based on modern ICT information and communication technologies) used by private households to support the production of electricity and heat (for the purposes of heating w.u.) based on solar radiation. This will also generate measurable environmental and environmental effects in the form of additional renewable energy generation capacity – 0.66750 MW, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions – 1 994.073 tonnes CO2 equivalent/year. The production of heat and electricity from newly built RES installations will be respectively: 270,20 and 82,2150 MWht/year. An additional element of the project will be to undertake actions aimed at raising awareness of the environment and promoting a wider use of RES which is planned to be realised through the launch of a website and a web service dedicated to the subject matter. The installation will be used directly by residents of the buildings covered by the project. Thanks to RES installations, they will use solar energy in the process of supplying hot water and electricity production, while other residents of Gm. Łabunie, tourists visiting the area of the municipality and entrepreneurs operating in the commune will also be the recipients of the project in an indirect way, as the improvement of the environment increases its attractiveness, both for investors and for visitors.     Głównym celem projektu jest "Poprawa stanu powietrza atmosferycznego poprzez zwiększenie produkcji energii w oparciu o OZE". Jego osiągnięcie nastąpi poprzez przeprowadzenie działań obejmujących montaż: a) 141 instalacji płaskich kolektorów słonecznych na budynku lub gruncie b) 41 instalacji płaskich paneli fotowoltaicznych typu "on-grid" na powierzchni pochylonej, płaskiej lub pionowej. Projekt zlokalizowany zostanie na terenie wszystkich 13 miejscowości Gm. Łabunie. Rezultatem przeprowadzonych działań będzie uruchomienie 182 systemów OZE (opartych na nowoczesnych technologiach informacyjno-komunikacyjnych TIK) wykorzystywanych docelowo przez prywatne gospodarstwa domowe do procesów wsparcia produkcji energii elektrycznej i cieplnej (na potrzeby podgrzewania w.u.) w oparciu o promieniowanie słoneczne. Pozwoli to także na wygenerowanie wymiernych efektów ekologiczno-środowiskowych w postaci dodatkowej zdolności wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 0,66750 MW, redukcji emisji gazów cieplarnianych - 1 994,073 ton ekwiwalentu CO2/rok. Produkcja energii cieplnej i elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE wyniesie odpowiednio: 270,20 i 82,2150 MWht/rok. Dodatkowym elementem projektu będzie podejmowanie działań ukierunkowanych na wzrost świadomości ekologicznej społeczeństwa oraz propagowanie szerszego wykorzystania OZE co planuje się zrealizować poprzez uruchomienie strony www oraz serwisu internetowego dedykowanego przedmiotowej tematyce. Bezpośrednio z instalacji korzystać będą mieszkańcy budynków objętych projektem. Dzięki instalacjom OZE wykorzystywać będą oni energię słoneczną w procesie dostaw ciepłej wody użytkowej i produkcji energii elektrycznej, Odbiorcami projektu w sposób pośredni będą także pozostali mieszkańcy Gm. Łabunie, turyści odwiedzający obszar gminy oraz przedsiębiorcy działający na terenie gminy, gdyż poprawa stanu środowiska zwiększa jego atrakcyjność, zarówno dla inwestorów, jak i dla odwiedzających.
