The subject of the project is the implementation of Pro-Project’s own R & D results, which will allow the introduction of an innovative product-fantom to control the quality of computer tomograph imaging. The results of R & D work mainly concern the development of technologies for the production of substances similar to human tissues and the design of the structure of the Pro-CT mk II phantom together with dedicated software for one health care professional with computer tomographs. Product innovation stems from a versatile phantom design and consists of a variety of modules and options available, so that phantom provides unparalleled measurement possibilities, not available in any other product on the market. It can be configured in the basic – economical version, which allows you to perform basic measurements, as well as in a premium version designed for professional, very detailed research. The Phantom is so designed that it does not require filling with water. It contains materials equivalent to tissues – as a result of Pro-Project’s R & D work, the technology of producing equivalent tissues has been developed. This is done using resins and appropriate additives. Thanks to this, the Company is able to produce substances with the same physical and electron density as the tissues in the human body, thereby placing a highly desirable product for quality control of imaging as well as calibrating machines for radiotherapy. As part of the project, the Company intends to build a transformer station and launch a production line for Pro-CT mk II phantoms. In order to start the production line, it is planned to purchase specialised equipment – 3 CNC milling plotters, laser markers, production line for tissue equivalent materials, precision microscope and measuring tools, precision milling machine and precision milling machine and phantom image analysis software. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie posiadanych przez Pro-Project własnych wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych, które pozwolą wprowadzić na rynek innowacyjny produkt-fantom do kontroli jakości obrazowania tomografów komputerowych. Wyniki prac B+R dotyczą przede wszystkim opracowania technologii produkcji substancji zbliżonych do tkanek ludzkich i zaprojektowania konstrukcji fantomu Pro-CT mk II wraz z dedykowanym oprogramowaniem dla jedn. służby zdrowia posiadających tomografy komputerowe. Innowacyjność produktu wynika z wszechstronnej konstrukcji fantomu i polega na różnorodności dostępnych modułów i opcji, dzięki czemu fantom zapewnia niezrównane możliwości pomiarowe, niedostępne w żadnym innym produkcie na rynku. Można go skonfigurować w wersji podstawowej - ekonomicznej, umożliwiającej wykonanie podstawowych pomiarów, jak i w wersji premium przeznaczonej do profesjonalnych, bardzo szczegółowych badań. Fantom jest tak skonstruowany, że nie wymaga napełniania wodą. Zawiera w sobie materiały równoważne tkankom - w wyniku prowadzonych przez Pro-Project prac B+R udało się opracować technologię produkcji substancji ekwiwalentnych tkance. Odbywa się to z wykorzystaniem żywic i odpowiednich substancji dodatkowych. Dzięki temu Firma jest w stanie wyprodukować substancje mające te same gęstości fizyczne i elektronowe co tkanki w ludzkim ciele-wprowadzając dzięki temu na rynek bardzo pożądany produkt do kontroli jakości obrazowania, jak i kalibrowania maszyn do celów radioterapii. W ramach projektu Firma zamierza wybudować stację transformatorową oraz uruchomić linię do produkcji fantomów Pro-CT mk II. W celu uruchomienia linii produkcyjnej zaplanowano zakupić wyspecjalizowany sprzęt - 3 plotery frezujące CNC, znakowarkę laserową, linię produkcyjną do materiałów ekwiwalentnych tkance, precyzyjny mikroskop i narzędzia pomiarowe, walcarkę precyzyjną i oprogramowanie do analizy obrazów uzyskanych z fantomów. Dzięki tym wydatkom inwestycyjnym możliwe będzie wdrożenie prac B+R. (Polish)
