The subject and main objective of the project is to implement R & D work on a new innovative service in the field of higher-order aberration correction (HOA) in the surgery of vision defects and cataract treatment. TARGET GROUP: patients who: —they have previously undergone cataract surgery and will have laser correction surgery of higher order aberrations (HOA), -they are qualified for cataract surgery or refractive lens replacement and will have surgery, -they have previously undergone laser vision correction surgery without correction of total eye aberrations and will have a laser vision correction surgery with a correction of HOA laser surgery, -s qualified for surgery. THE TASK: Purchase of assets for the implementation of R & D results. In order to implement the new service, modern equipment for laser vision correction will be purchased using an excimer laser using femtosecond laser and refractive lens replacement or intraocular lens strain after cataract removal using appropriately selected surgical technique and implant based on corneal examination and total higher order aberrations (HO). The result will be a visible improvement in vision in patients undergoing surgery. The tools needed to achieve the objective of the project are: a/Equipment of the facility NZOZ EYEMED (the Applicant’s organizational unit) with the necessary fixed assets and intangible assets for the treatment; B/c creation of new jobs to provide staff for the implementation of a new service; C/increase the applicant’s revenue from the provision of new services resulting from R & D; d/implement product, process and non-technological innovation; e/increase the competitiveness of the company at national and international level. Przedmiotem i głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie prac B+R nad nową innowacyjną usługą z zakresu korekcji aberracji wyższego rzędu (HOA) w chirurgii wad wzroku oraz leczenia zaćmy. GRUPA DOCELOWA: pacjenci, którzy: -przeszli wcześniej operację zabiegu zaćmy i będą mieli operację laserowej korekcji powstałych wad aberracji wyższego rzędu (HOA), -są kwalifikowani do zabiegu zaćmy lub refrakcyjnej wymiany soczewki i będą mieli zabieg, -przeszli wcześniej zabieg laserowej korekcji wzroku bez korekcji aberracji totalnych oka i będą mieli ponowny zabieg laserowej korekcji wzroku z korekcją HOA, -są zakwalifikowani do zabiegu laserowej korekcji wzroku po raz pierwszy i będą mieli zabieg z korekcją HOA. ZADANIE: Zakup aktywów na potrzeby wdrożenia wyników prac B+R. W celu wdrożenia nowej usługi zostanie zakupiony nowoczesny sprzęt do zabiegów laserowej korekcji wzroku przy użyciu lasera ekscimerowego z wykorzystaniem lasera femtosekundowego oraz zabiegów refrakcyjnej wymiany soczewki lub w szczepu soczewki wewnątrzgałkowej po usunięciu zaćmy przy zastosowaniu odpowiednio dobranej techniki operacyjnej oraz implantu dobranego w oparciu o badania rogówkowych i totalnych aberracji wyższego rzędu (HOA). Efektem będzie widoczna poprawa wzroku u pacjentów poddanych zabiegom. Narzędzia niezbędne do realizacji celu projektu to: a/ Wyposażenie obiektu NZOZ EYEMED (jednostka organizacyjna Wnioskodawcy) w niezbędne do zabiegów środki trwałe i wartości niematerialne i prawne; b/ stworzenie nowych miejsc pracy w celu zapewnienia kadry do wdrożenia nowej usługi; c/ zwiększenie przychodów Wnioskodawcy ze świadczenia nowych usług będących efektem prac B+R; d/ wdrożenie innowacji produktowych, procesowej i nietechnologicznej; e/wzrost konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa na arenie krajowej i międzynarodowej.
