Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w 3 przedszkolach w gminie Koluszki: Przedszkolu nr 1 w Koluszkach, Przedszkolu nr 2 w Koluszkach oraz Przedszkolu w Gałkowie Dużym poprzez dostosowanie istniejących miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego do potrzeb 7 chłopców z niepełnosprawnościami (zakup doposażenia, przeszkolenie nauczycieli i zatrudnienie dodatkowej kadry) oraz realizację dodatkowej specjalistycznej oferty edukacyjnej dla tych dzieci jak również przez organizację zajęć dodatkowych zwiększających szanse edukacyjne dla 435 dzieci (222dziewczynek/213chlopców) oraz podniesienie kompretencji 41 nauczycieli (40K/1M) wskazanych przedszkoli w okresie 01.2019-12.2020 zgodnie z diagnozą placówek. Działania w proj. odpow.na potrzeby zidentyfikowane w diagnozie regionalnej. Działania przewidziane w projekcie: 1. Doskonalenie umiejętności, kompetencji lub kwalifikacji nauczycieli przedszkoli. 2. Zajęcia specjalistyczne dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami. 3. Zajęcia dodatkowe zwiększające szanse edukacyjne dla dzieci przedszkolnych. 4. Dotosowanie miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami (zatrudnienie dodatkowej kadry i zakup doposażenia). Efekty proj: 41 nauczycieli przedszkolnych uzyskało kwalifikacje lub nabyło kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu 7 chłopców z niepełnosprawnością zostało objętych specjalistycznymi zajęciami dodatkowymi 435 dzieci wyrównało stwierdzone deficyty dzięki udziałowi w zajęciach dodatkowych 3 placówki przedszkolne dostosowane do potrzeb dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami (doposażone w sprzęt do terapii, zatrudniające dodatkową kadrę) (Polish)
