The project envisages the implementation of a comprehensive health programme and health prevention programme in the area of hepatitis B in the Pabianic district, aimed at supporting people aged over the age of 50 who have been diagnosed with chronic disease. The project will cover 1424 inhabitants of the county, who will take part in the types of support: 1) Qualification for HBs antigen testing in 1200 patients and medical visits of patients with positive antigen; 2) Participation in the vaccination cycle preceded by medical consultations for vaccination (3 vaccinations and 3 medical consultations) 1176 patients; 3) Participation in educational (individual or group) 1100 vaccination patients; 4) Participation in information and educational meetings (300 persons, of which 76 of them are expected to be eligible for vaccination, i.e. they will also be included in the group of patients indicated in points 1 to 2, but are exempted from participation in point 3). Patients who undergo a course of 3 vaccinations will receive anti-HBS antibody levels, and those who develop undesirable response after vaccination will benefit from a medical consultation. The project also involves carrying out broad information and promotion activities aimed at informing the inhabitants of the county about the project and encouraging to undergo vaccination with type B p/hepatitis, indicating the benefits of obtaining immunity in the case of chronic disease. Projekt zakłada wdrożenie kompleksowego programu zdrowotnego i programu profilaktyki zdrowotnej w zakresie WZW typu B w powiecie pabianickim ukierunkowanego na wsparcie osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej powyżej 50 r.ż., u których zdiagnozowano chorobę przewlekłą. Projekt obejmie 1424 mieszkańców powiatu, którzy wezmą udział w typach wsparcia: 1) Kwalifikacja do Programu-wykonanie oznaczenia antygenu HBs u 1200 pacjentów i wizyty lekarskie pacjentów z dodatnim antygenem; 2) Udział w cyklu szczepień poprzedzonych lekarskimi konsultacjami kwlaifikujacymi do szczepienia (3 szczepienia i 3 konsultacje lekarskie) 1176 pacjentów; 3) Udział w rozmowach edukacyjnych (indywidualnych lub grupowych) 1100 pacjentów objętych szczepieniami; 4) Udział w spotkaniach informacyjno-edukacyjnych(300 osób, z czego przewiduje się, że 76 z nich zostanie zakwalifikowanych do szczepień czyli znajdzie się również w grupie pacjentów wskazanych w pkt.1-2, ale zwolnieni są z udziału w działaniach w pkt 3). U osób, które przejdą cykl 3 szczepień zostanie oznaczony poziom przeciwciał anty HBS, a osoby, u których wystąpi rekacja niepożądana po szczepieniu skorzystają z konsultacji lekarskiej. Projekt zakłada również prowadzenie szerokich działań informacyjno-promocyjnych ukierunkowanych na poinformowanie mieszkańców powiatu o projekcie i zachęcenie do poddania się szczepieniom p/WZW typu B, wskazując na korzyści z uzyskania odporności w przypadku choroby przewlekłej.
