Celem projektu jest powrót do sprawności umożliwiającej podjęcie pracy lub wydłużenie aktywności zawodowej co najmniej 10% spośród 840 osób (w tym 504 K oraz 336 osób powyżej 50 r.ż.), spełniających opisane w pkt. 3.2 kryteria dla grupy docelowej, zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu łódzkiego i powiatów ościennych, poprzez realizację programu edukacyjno-rehabilitacyjnego w zaburzeniach nerwicowych i pod postacią somatyczną w okresie 01.08.2019-31.07.2022. Działania przewidziane w ramach projektu - Etap promocji i informacji o Programie - działania promocyjne i rekrutacja (opisane w pkt. 3.2) - Etap kwalifikacji pacjentów do Programu oraz działań diagnostycznych - Etap oddziaływania leczniczego – treningi grupowe - Etap oddziaływania leczniczego – konsultacje indywidualne - Etap oddziaływania leczniczego – aktywność fizyczna - Etap zakończenia udziału w Programie i oceny jego skuteczności - końcowe konsultacje indywidualne Działania w ramach niniejszego projektu udzielane będą w sposób kompleksowy i zindywidualizowany i przyczynią się do utrzymania lub przywrócenia zdolności do zatrudnienia co najmniej 10% wszystkich uczestników i co najmniej 10% uczestników pow. 50 r. ż.
