The main objective of the project is to develop electronic public services for the creation and digitisation of new ones, and improve the functionality and e-maturity of existing services, integrate them and increase accessibility to citizens in order to improve the quality of health services provided. The project complies with the requirements set out in the Policy Paper for Health Protection for the period 2014-2020 within the scope of Tool 26 Dissemination of electronic exchange of medical records. Based on data contained in the HIS and RIS, PACS and LIS domain software systems, a system constituting the electronic medical documentation repository (EDM) will be implemented. This system will ensure the creation and storage, sharing and presentation of medical records in electronic form. It aims to enable recipients of access to medical records created in a given facility and exchange information on medical events between medicinal entities. The target groups are patients; medical and administrative staff; the contractors of the hospital; the forming body. The direct result of the project – a measurable indicator – will be the number of completed cases through the public service made available online. It was set to reach 3 500. These are EDM documents made available. The project’s products will be: Number of public services made available on-line with maturity 3-Bilateral Interaction – 4 pcs. Number of public services made available online with a maturity of at least 4-transaction – 3 pcs. Number of ICT systems deployed in entities performing public tasks – 1 pcs. Number of entities providing intra-administrative services (A2A) – 1 pcs. Number of intra-administrative services available (A2A) – 1 pcs. Storage space of the server room [TB] – 20 TB. Number of persons covered by training/advice in the field of digital competence – 50 people. (English) | |||||||||||||||

W oparciu o dane zawarte w systemach oprogramowania dziedzinowego klasy HIS oraz RIS, PACS, LIS - wdrożony zostanie system stanowiący repozytorium elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej (EDM). (Polish)
