The subject of the project focuses on increasing the company’s competitiveness by introducing a new product – a hybrid burner for solid fuels, which has unique characteristics of combustion and air supply. The burner will be adapted for the combustion of two types of fuel – better quality (pellet) and lower quality fuel (wood chip). It will be designed for individual use (e.g. burners with a power of 10 kW) as well as public buildings or large industrial halls (burners up to 1000 kW). The implementation of the project will be possible on the basis of the implementation of research works purchased from the scientific unit. The tests carried out by the unit will include the creation of a torch structure (builts, fireplaces, automation elements), the development of a prototype of the device and then testing it. The introduction of a new burner to the company’s offer will contribute to attracting new groups of customers both on the domestic and foreign markets, increasing revenues, which will also directly translate into increasing employment. The work will be carried out with the participation of science-research units, so that cooperation between the entrepreneur and research centres will be strengthened. The R & D potential of the company (technical, human resources) will also be strengthened, which will result in further research aimed at developing new solutions in the heating industry. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2020 to 32.12.2020. (English)

    Przedmiot projektu skupia się na zwiększeniu konkurencyjności firmy poprzez wprowadzenie do oferty nowego produktu - palnika hybrydowego na paliwa stałe, który posiada w sobie unikalne cechy spalania oraz dostarczania powietrza. Palnik będzie przystosowany do spalania dwóch rodzajów paliwa - lepszej jakości (pelletu) oraz paliwa gorszej jakości (zrębki drzewnej). Przeznaczony będzie do zastosowania indywidualnego (np. palniki o mocy 10 kW) jak i budynków użyteczności publicznej czy wielkich hal przemysłowych (palniki osiągające moc do 1000 kW). Realizacja projektu możliwa będzie w oparciu o wdrożenie prac badawczych zakupionych od jednostki naukowej. Przeprowadzone przez jednostkę badania będą obejmowały stworzenie konstrukcji palnika (obudowy, paleniska, elementów automatyki), opracowanie prototypu urządzenia, a następnie jego przetestowanie. Wprowadzenie do oferty firmy nowego palnika przyczyni się do pozyskania nowych grup odbiorców zarówno na rynku krajowym jak i zagranicznym, zwiększenia przychodów, co w sposób bezpośredni przełoży się również na zwiększenie zatrudnienia. Prace będą prowadzone z udziałem jednostek nauko - badawczych, dzięki czemu nastąpi zacieśnienie współpracy pomiędzy przedsiębiorcą a ośrodkami badawczymi. Wzmocniony zostanie również potencjał badawczo - rozwojowy firmy (techniczny, kadrowy), co zaowocuje kolejnymi badaniami mającymi na celu opracowanie nowych rozwiązań w branży grzewczej.
