The subject of the project is the purchase and assembly of solar installations (325 pieces) for the production of solar energy from solar radiation to heat water in households. Residents of the municipality of Łopiennik Górny do not use RES. Only a few buildings have solar panels installed. It is necessary to increase the share of RES in the fuel and energy balance of the municipality. Air quality in the municipality is good. There is no obligation for the municipality to develop an air protection programme. The POP for the Lublin area (to which the municipality belongs) does not indicate corrective or short-term measures for the municipality, which means that there were no excesses of the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment. The problem is the low awareness of residents with limited resources of non-renewable energy resources and the use of renewable energy sources, including solar energy. The shortage of technologies allowing the use of RES and high collector costs result in little interest in RES and changing existing ways of securing energy supply. Heat management is based on coal and wood-fired boiler plants, and cases of incineration of plastic waste are recorded. This translates into increasing energy consumption from conventional sources and emissions of harmful gases and dust into the air, which increases environmental pollution in the municipality and negatively affects the health of residents. Scope of the project: 1.assembly of solar installations in residential buildings (consisting of: solar collectors, mounting and connection kit, capacitive CWU heater, pump group, diaphragm vessel, piping, solar fluid); 2.Internet portal (on-line transaction service providing quick contacts with users of the installation); 3.application for mobile devices (for energy and environmental education of residents and promotion of RES). Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i montaż instalacji solarnych (325 szt.) do produkcji energii cieplnej z promieniowania słonecznego w celu podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej w gospodarstwach domowych. Niedobór technologii pozwalających na wykorzystanie OZE i wysokie koszty kolektorów skutkują niewielkim zainteresowaniem OZE i zmianą dotychczasowych sposobów zabezpieczenia dostaw energii. Zakres projektu: 1.montaż instalacji solarnych w budynkach mieszkalnych (w skład wchodzą: kolektory słoneczne, zestaw montażowy i przyłączeniowy, pojemnościowy podgrzewacz CWU, grupa pompowa, naczynie przeponowe, orurowanie, płyn solarny); 2.portal internetowy (serwis do transakcji on-line zapewniający szybkie kontakty z użytkownikami instalacji); 3.aplikacja na urządzenia mobilne(w celu edukacji energetycznej i ekologicznej mieszkańców oraz promocji OZE).
