The applicant carried out research work in 2018 and developed its own way of producing building elements of houses. On the basis of the experience he gained over the years of building modular houses, he noticed the defects they characterise and decided to eliminate them. It is important that the company has the exclusive right to R & D results because the employees who are the authors and performers of the research performed them during working hours and under their duties. In addition, as employees of the R & D team, they declared that they did not claim any rights to the results of the work in question. The main originators and creators are Mr Mirosław Bober and Mr Bartek Bober. Parameters obtained: Improved attenuation of permeating sounds through the ceiling by an average of 47 % compared to traditional wooden ceilings The use of an additional layer of cardboard-gips allowed to theoretically increase the resistance class from EI15 to EI30 to the traditional wood ceiling with one layer of cardboard-gips. A higher rigidity of the ceiling beams was achieved on average by approx. 24 % compared to solid wood beams used in traditional wooden ceilings The innovative ceiling of modular houses is a new solution (product and process innovation) which improves the comfort of end users while maintaining the traditional wooden structure. The quality of workmanship and the technology used affects the longevity of new structures, ensuring that the number of defects during use is minimised over many years. The chosen home production technology is characterised by a high rate of prefabricated production while maintaining their high quality and precision. The developed technology also gives the possibility of folding the house yourself. Developed products will satisfy the housing needs of a wide range of people, both those who buy the first house after those who are looking for “additional”. The project also involves the implementation of non-technological innovation. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Wnioskodawca przeprowadził w okresie 2018 roku prace badawcze i opracował własny sposób wytwarzania elementów konstrukcyjnych domów. (Polish)
