The material scope of the project provides for the replacement of heat sources (including the purchase and assembly of equipment) of the infrastructure used for the production of thermal energy using boilers: for ecogroszek (21 pcs), pellets (37 pcs), natural gas (11 pcs), liquid gas (18 pcs) and air heat pumps (4 pcs) in single-family buildings located in the Lubochnia commune. The robots will be set up for investor supervision. The project will promote the project and also provide for the development of technical documentation. Energy certificates, functional-use programme and tender documentation were developed for the project. The risks to the implementation of the project have not been identified: the municipality has regulated ownership issues (lending agreements), has adequate staff, facilities and experience in the implementation of investment projects, funds to cover own contribution will be secured in the municipal budget.     Celem głównym projektu jest: Zmniejszenie zanieczyszczenia powietrza w Gminie Lubochnia poprzez wymianę niskosprawnych i nieekologicznych źródeł ciepła na nowe źródła ciepła bardziej ekologiczne. Główny cel projektu ma doprowadzić do redukcji zanieczyszczeń o 784,68 [t równow. CO2/rok] (69,25%). Grupą docelową projektu są bezpośrednio mieszkańcy gm. Lubochnia (91 gosp. domowych), a pośrednio wszyscy mieszkańcy gm. Lubochnia jak i terenów pobliskich woj. łódzkiego. Zakres rzeczowy projektu przewiduje wymianę źródeł ciepła (w tym zakup i montaż urządzeń) infrastruktury służącej do wytwarzania energii cieplnej z wykorzystaniem kotłów: na ekogroszek (21 szt.), pellet (37 szt.), gaz ziemny (11 szt.), gaz płynny (18 szt.) oraz powietrznych pomp ciepła (4 szt.) w budynkach jednorodzinnych zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Lubochnia. Nad robotami zostanie ustanowiony nadzór inwestorski. W ramach projektu prowadzona będzie promocja projektu oraz przewidziano również opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej. Na potrzeby realizacji projektu zostały opracowane świadectwa energetyczne, program funkcjonalno-użytkowy, dokumentacja przetargowa. Nie zidentyfikowano zagrożeń dla realizacji projektu: gmina posiada uregulowane kwestie własnościowe (umowy użyczenia), dysponuje odpowiednią kadrą, zapleczem i doświadczeniem w realizacji projektów inwestycyjnych, środki na pokrycie wkładu własnego zostaną zabezpieczone w budżecie gminy.
