Celem głównym projektu jest przywrócenie zdolności do wypełniania ról społeczno-zawodowych co najmniej 12-tu niesamodzielnym osobom z zaburzeniami psychicznymi z terenu 4-ch powiatów województwa łódzkiego w okresie 36-ciu miesięcy. Rezultatem będzie zmniejszenie liczby osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym i ubóstwem z powodu przewlekłej choroby psychicznej. Grupę objętą działaniem stanowić będzie 60 (30K/30M) osób z zab. psychicznymi a także 20-tu (16K/4M) opiekunów faktycznych tych osób. Głównymi zadaniami w projekcie będzie prowadzenie dziennego ośrodka wsparcia (klubu) w centrum Łodzi z udziałem wsparcia specjalistów oraz organizacja pomocy opiekuńczo asystenckiej w miejscu zamieszkania osoby chorującej.
