W ramach projektu przewidziano termomodernizację budynków użyteczności publicznej Głownie tj. Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 oraz hali sportowej przy Szkole Podstawowej nr 2 w Głownie. Budynek szkoły podlega termomodernizacji oraz remontowi pokrycia dachu, ścian i sufitów podwieszanych poziomu 0, uszkodzonych w wyniku nieszczelności świetlików i nieszczelności pokrycia papowego dachu. W ramach termomodernizacji budynku szkoły zakłada się ocieplenie ścian, ościeży, cokołu fundamentowego, ścian piwnic, stropodachu, wymiana i docieplenie drewnianych filarków podokiennych (wymiana stolarki okiennej), termomodernizacja świetlików podłużnych i świetlika piramidowego. Zmienione zostanie źródło ciepła dla podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej oraz ogrzewanie. Projektuje się podgrzewanie ciepłej wody użytkowej z użyciem powietrznych pomp ciepła oraz ogrzewanie budynku za pomocą kotłów gazowych z palnikami na gaz płynny. W tym celu niezbędnym jest adaptacja kotłowni, budowa gazociągu, budowa wewnętrznej instalacji gazowej. W ramach robót remontowych planuje się naprawę pokrycia dachu z papy na segmentach klasowych oraz pokrycie połaci dachowych segmentów klasowych następną warstwą papy termozgrzewalnej, uzupełnienie i wymiana uszkodzonych płyt sufitów podwieszanych poziomu 0 oraz naprawa uszkodzonych tynków i gładzi gipsowych ścian w obrębie nieszczelnych świetlików. Budynek hali sportowej podlega termomodernizacji polegającej na dociepleniu poddasza i stropodachu, modernizacji instalacji cwu i co ( w tym budowa nowej kotłowni, budowa gazociągu, budowa wewnętrznej instalacji gazowej, montaż kotłowni z kotłami kondensacyjnymi, z palnikami na gaz płynny dla potrzeb instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, instalacji wody do nagrzewnic wentylacyjnych i instalacji ciepłej wody użytkowej (wspomaganie pomp ciepła), montaż pomp ciepła (wraz z zasilaniem elektrycznym) z osprzętem do przygotowania ciepłej wody użytkowej), montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej. The school is undergoing thermal modernisation and renovation of the roof, walls and suspended ceilings of level 0, damaged by leakage of fireflies and leakage of the roof roof. As part of the thermo-modernisation of the school’s building, it is assumed to warm the walls, frames, foundation pedestals, cellar walls, ceilings, replacement and warming of wooden window pillars (exchange of window joinery), thermomodernisation of longitudinal fireflies and a pyramid skylight. The heat source for hot water heating and heating will be changed. It is designed to heat hot water using air heat pumps and heating the building with gas boilers with liquefied gas burners. For this purpose, it is necessary to adapt the boiler room, the construction of a gas pipeline, the construction of an internal gas system. As part of the renovation works, it is planned to repair the roof covering of papa on class segments and cover the roof sections of the class segments with another layer of heat-heating papa, complement and replace damaged tier 0 suspended ceiling tiles and repair damaged plaster and plaster tiles within leaky skylights. The sports hall building undergoes thermal modernisation consisting of warming of the attic and ceiling, modernisation of the installation of cwu and what (including construction of a new boiler room, construction of a gas pipeline, construction of an internal gas system, installation of boiler room with condensation boilers, with gas burners for the use of liquid gas for central heating system, installation of water for ventilation heaters and hot water installation (heat pumps), installation of heat pumps, installation of heat pumps, installation of water for ventilation heaters and installation of hot water (heat pumps).
