The main objective of the project is to: improving the energy efficiency of public utility buildings in the zgier district through thermal modernisation of buildings. The project’s users will be mainly pupils, as well as teachers and administration staff. Głównym celem projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w powiecie zgierskim poprzez termomodernizację budynków. Użytkownikami projektu będą głównie uczniowi, a także kadra nauczycielka, pracownicy administracji. Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej a tym samym związanych z jakością powietrza atmosferycznego wykraczać będzie poza jego granice. Zakres projektu obejmuje m.in.: Modernizacja - systemu grzewczego, systemu ciepłej wody użytkowej oraz w wentylacji grawitacyjnej, wymiana opraw oświetleniowych, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, docieplenie ścian: zewnętrznych, ścian na gruncie, docieplenie stropodachów i stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją oraz niezbędne roboty towarzyszące. Projekt zakłada wzrost efektywności energetycznej o 71,90%, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (CO32) o 1 265 095,18 KWH/rok oraz szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CO34) kształtujący się na poziomie 298,07 tony równoważnika CO2/rok.
